兼職工料測量師主要獲派執行以下職務 –
- (a)審閱非政府機構為資助工程提交的申請、顧問招聘文件、工程招標文件和決算帳目，並提出意見;
- (b)就合約和採購事宜提出意見; 及
- (c)執行其他工料測量師職務，包括但不限於就工程預算、主要工程量變化和合約索償作出統籌並提出意見。
職責
A Part-time Quantity Surveyor is mainly deployed on -
- (a)examination and advice on applications, consultancy invitation documents, works tender documents and final accounts submitted by non-governmental organizations for subvented projects;
- (b)provision of advice on contractual and procurement issues; and
- (c)taking up other quantity surveying duties including but not limited to co-ordination and comments on budgetary estimates, major variations and contractual claims.
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (a)為香港測量師學會工料測量組會員或具備同等資格; 以及
- (b)在獲得所需資格後，在工料測量方面具有至少五年工作經驗，其中須有三年從事公共設施建築項目; 以及
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科取得第2等級或以上成績，或具備同等成績 ；以及
- (d)最好有從事政府資助建築項目的經驗。
Candidates should - a) be Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Quantity Surveying Division, or equivalent; and b) have at least five years' post qualification experience in quantity surveying of which three years shall be on public institutional building projects; and c) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent and d) preferably have experience on government subvented building projects.

- (A)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
- (B)成功申請人或會受聘於政府其他決策局╱部門工作。
