• (a)to assist in implementing the annual training plan for the contact centre (inclusive of providing training on customer service skills and system operation);
• (b)to assist in monitoring service quality and providing staff counselling; and
• (c)may be required to work on shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The post is also required to work as scheduled in the event of inclement weather such as during typhoon and black rainstorm. Successful candidates may be required to assume duty at short notice and are subject to deployment to any offices of 1823 in any district of Hong Kong.

Candidates should -

• (a)have attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 1), or equivalent; or Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent;
• (b)have 2 years of full-time working experience in call centre operation or customer service;
• (c)be fluent in English and Cantonese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage; and
• (d)be familiar with PC applications, including Chinese typing skills. Preference will be given to candidates with training experience in customer service.
