職責
- (a)To supervise the operation of computer equipment, network and servers including mobile computing devices and audio-visual equipment;
- (b)To assist in procurement of Information Technology (IT) equipment and services, contract administration and management of IT asset;
- (c)To formulate and assist teachers in the implementation of e-learning platforms, use of e-textbooks and e-learning materials;
- (d)To supervise the production of school campus TV;
- (e)To support the management of e-learning platforms, Web-based School Administrative and Management System (WebSAMS), school intranet (eclass) and webpages;
- (f)To assist in record management and documentation;
- (g)Work on shift or overtime may be required; and
- (h)Any other duties assigned by the school.
入職條件
- (a)
- (i)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授主修資訊科技或相關科目的高級文憑，或具備同等學歷及不少於1年的資訊科技相關培訓；或
- (ii)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的高級文憑，或具備同等學歷及不少於2年的資訊科技工作經驗；
- (b)持有微軟伺服器2012 R2 的微軟認證系統工程師證書 (MCSE)，或具備同等資歷者優先；
- (c)至少具備1年設置及管理區域/廣域網絡相關經驗；
- (d)熟悉網絡操作系統、設置及各種通訊協定；
- (e)具備向用戶提供資訊科技支援及協助執行事故管理工作/疑難排解的實際經驗；
- (f)熟悉微軟容錯移轉叢集；微軟Hyper-V操作及Veeam Backup and Replication備份系統者優先；
- (g)能書寫流暢中、英文，並操流利粵語和英語；
- (h)面試者或須接受技能測試及/或筆試。

- (a)
- (i)A Higher Diploma majoring in Information Technology (IT) or related subject from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent with at least 1 year's IT training; or
- (ii)A Higher Diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent with at least 2 years' working experience in IT field;
- (b)Holder of Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) on Windows Server 2012 R2, or equivalent preferred;
- (c)At least 1 year's relevant experience in network support in WAN/LAN implementation and maintenance;
- (d)Knowledge of network management systems, network equipment and communication protocols;
- (e)Solid experience in performing user IT support and assisting in incident management / trouble shooting;
- (f)Familiar with Microsoft failover cluster, Microsoft Hyper-V operation, and Veeam Backup and Replication software preferred;
- (g)Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English; and
- (h)May be required to take trade test and/or written test.
