- (a)監察及維持科別內所有伺服器和網路設備之操作，包括檔案伺服器、資料庫伺服器、網頁伺服器、電子郵件伺服器及病毒防護伺服器；
- (b)管理科別內的網站，提供支援、更新及優化網頁；
- (c)領導科別內的技術支援小組；
- (d)為科別內的管理層提供資訊科技支援及意見，包括研究和評估新的資訊科技解決方案及技術；
- (e)協助管理、維修、更新及優化科別內的各電腦系統，包括檢修數據庫、檢索數據及編譯統計、查核數據完整性、處理數據清除，以及提供用戶賬號維修及用戶技術支援；
- (f)為科別提供與資訊科技有關的支援，包括支援工作台、管理及更新電腦系統用具淸單、採購電腦器材及配件、測試及安裝電腦系統、檢討電腦系統的保安情況及安裝更新程式、製作各種表單及使用者手冊、主持使用者操作簡介會、為各伺服器製作備份等；
- (g)執行與科別內的各電腦系統有關的其他工作及協助科別內的宣傳及推廣工作；及
- (h)執行其他獲指派的職務。
職責
- (a)To monitor and maintain the operation of all servers and networking equipment of the division, such as file server, database server, web server, mail server and anti-virus server;
- (b)To act as the webmaster by providing support, updating and enhancing the web page of the division;
- (c)To act as the team leader of the technical support team of the division;
- (d)To provide technical advices & support to the management of the division including researching and evaluating new IT solutions and technologies;
- (e)To assist in system administration, maintenance, updating and enhancement of the systems in the division including maintenance and reviewing the database, retrieving data and compiling statistics, checking data integrity, handling data purging, and providing user account maintenance and technical support to users;
- (f)To provide IT related support to the division including workstations support, maintenance of computer inventory, procurement of computer equipment and peripherals, system testing and installation, reviewing security situation and applying necessary security patches, preparing different kinds of computer reports and user manuals, conducting briefings for users and backup of servers, etc.;
- (g)To perform any other duties relating to the computer systems and to assist in publicity and promotional activities of the division; and
- (h)To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by seniors.
入職條件
申請者必須：
- (a)持有本地大學頒授的電腦科學或電腦工程學學位，或同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級（註）或以上成績，或具同等成績；
- (c)具良好中英文書寫能力及操流利粵語及英語；
- (d)持有有效的微軟認證解決方案開發人員（Microsoft Certified Solution Developer）或微軟認證解決方案專家（Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert）證書；
- (e)具四年或以上資料庫管理、電腦系統管理、網頁編寫、電腦支援或相關資訊科技經驗；及
- (f)具備以下知識：
- (i)程式編寫知識：
HTML, JavaScript, SQL, C#.Net, Model-View-Controller (MVC), VBScript
- (ii)系統管理知識：
Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, MS SQL Server 2008/2016, Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)
- (iii)系統管理技能：
Windows 10管理, 保安檢討及更新, 運作復原及備份
- (iv)其他：
Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Premiere Pro CC
申請者如：
- (a)持有有效的思科認證網絡工程師（Cisco Certified Network Associate）或註冊資訊系統安全專家（Certified Information Systems Security Professional）證書；
- (b)具人事管理方面經驗；及
- (c)具備以下知識：
- (i)系統管理知識：
Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2016, Symantec Endpoint管理, Microsoft Windows叢集, TCP/IP, DNS and Microsoft .Net框架, IBM Lotus Notes
- (ii)系統管理技能：
Active Directory, 病毒定義檔更新 則更為佳。
Candidates should have:
- (a)a Hong Kong degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)good command of written Chinese and English as well as spoken Cantonese and English;
- (d)valid certificate
- (s)of Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certificates;
- (e)4 years’ working experience in database administration, system administration, web programming, PC support or relevant experience in information technology; and
- (f)knowledge of the following:
- (i)Programming knowledge:
HTML, JavaScript, SQL, C#.Net, Model-View-Controller (MVC), VBScript
- (ii)System management knowledge:
Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, MS SQL Server 2008/2016, Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)

- (iv)Others:

Candidates who possess:

- (s)of Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP);
- (b)experience in supervision and management; and
- (c)knowledge of the following:

Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2016, Symantec Endpoint Management, Microsoft Windows Clustering, TCP/IP, DNS and Microsoft .Net Framework, IBM Lotus Notes
- (ii)System administration skills:
Active Directory, Antivirus signature update will have an advantage.
