獲取錄者會受聘為地政總署法律諮詢及田土轉易處的合約高級律師。獲取錄者須就徵收及批出土地，契約修訂和其他與土地相關的事宜向部門提供法律服務，包括查核業權和審核、草擬、擬定及批核簽立有關的土地文件。他/她亦須審理未建成的樓宇是否可按地政總署同意方案准予出售，以及批核公契，就土地有關事宜提供法律意見，並就涉及香港土地的法律問題進行法律研究。他/她或須處理民事訴訟個案和在法庭聆訊上協助政府代表律師，亦須執行由部門上級委派的其他職務。如熟悉本港立法程序和擁有處理民事訴訟個案經驗為佳。
職責
The successful candidate will be appointed as Contract Senior Solicitor in the Legal Advisory and Conveyancing Office (LACO) of Lands Department. The successful candidate will be required to provide legal services to the Lands Department in connection with land acquisition, land disposal, lease modification and other matters concerning land including checking of title, and scrutiny, drafting, settling and approving execution of the relevant land documents. He/She will also be required to give consent to sell uncompleted developments under the Lands Department Consent Scheme and approve Deeds of Mutual Covenant, to provide legal advice on land related matters and to conduct legal research on land related legal issues. He/She may be required to handle civil litigation and assist Counsels at court hearings and is expected to perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers in LACO. Familiarity with the legislative process in Hong Kong with some experience in civil litigation would be an advantage.

申請人必須：
- (a)
- (i)在《律政人員條例》第2A條及附表2所規定的認可司法管轄區內取得律師資格，並在取得資格後具備至少六年專業經驗；或 (ii)在《律政人員條例》第2A條及附表2所規定的認可司法管轄區內取得大律師資格和全面執業權後，具備至少七年專業經驗；
- (b)具備土地法、物業轉易和項目發展的知識和相關工作經驗，而且有能力進行深入的法律研究，分析及應用相關法律，並在解決問題的前提下撰寫清晰易明的意見書；
- (c)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第三級或以上成績，中國語文科考獲第二級或以上成績；或具同等成績；以及
- (d)操流利的英語和廣東話。 申請人如具備良好的分析及溝通技巧，並在法律研究和草擬與土地有關的法律文件方面具備豐富經驗則更佳。
Candidates should:
- (a)
- (i)be solicitors admitted in a recognized jurisdiction as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance and have at least 6 years' post-qualification professional experience; or
- (ii)be barristers with at least 7 years' professional experience since attaining the right to full practice in a recognized jurisdiction as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance;
- (b)have knowledge of and experience in land law, property conveyancing, project developments and the ability to conduct in-depth legal research, analyse and apply the relevant law and write clear and readily comprehensible opinions with a problem solving approach;
- (c)have attained Level 3 or above in English Language and Level 2 or above in Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination; or equivalent; and
- (d)be fluent in English and Cantonese. Good analytical and communication skills and substantial experience in legal research and drafting of land related legal documents will be clear advantages.
