- (a)領導及監督小學校本課程發展組(本組)規劃、發展、推行和評估小學校本課程支援服務的工作；
- (b)協助制定、協調及評估課程發展支援服務的政策以配合最新的課程發展趨勢；
- (c)透過在不同範疇及規模，例如舉辦全港性研討會、校本工作坊、為不同機構而設的講座等，建構及宣揚校本課程發展知識；
- (d)在小學推廣專業學習社羣以提升課程領導者的專業能力；
- (e)領導、監督及監察本組內的行政、財務和人事事宜，以確保運作暢順；以及
- (f)執行被委派的其他職務。

職責
- (a)To lead and supervise the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of school-based curriculum support services in the School-based Curriculum Development (Primary) Section (the Section);
- (b)To assist in the formulation, coordination and evaluation of the policies of school-based support services to align with the latest curriculum development;
- (c)To conceptualize and disseminate knowledge generated on school-based curriculum development at different scales and scopes and through different means, e.g. territory-wide seminars, school-based workshops, talks to different organizations etc;
- (d)To promote curriculum leadership in primary schools premised on the concept of professional learning community;
- (e)To lead, supervise and monitor the administrative, financial and personnel matters of the Section to ensure its smooth operation; and
- (f)To undertake any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(iii)]；
- (b)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(iii)]；
- (c)在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(iv)]；
- (d)於取得有關學歷後，具有不少於12年教學及/或課程發展的經驗[參閱註(v)]；如申請人具備管理階層的實質經驗，可獲優先考慮；以及
- (e)如申請人持有與課程有關或教育相關學科的碩士或博士學位，將獲優先考慮。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination, or equivalent [See Note (iv)];
- (d)At least 12 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching and / or curriculum development [See Note (v)], solid experience at the managerial level will be an advantage; and
- (e)Preference will be given to candidates who possess a higher degree or above in curriculum studies or education related discipline.
入職條件(註)
- (i)首席課程主任[校本課程發展(小學)]職位的申請日期為 2018年4月6日(星期五)至2018年4月27日(星期五)。
- (ii)為廣周知，經本地評審的學士學位屬資歷架構第5級別。雖然資資歷架構第5級別亦涵蓋其他資歷，但就是次招聘而言，只會接納學士學位資歷。有關資歷架構詳情，可瀏覽屬資歷架構網站 (www.hkqf.gov.hk) 或致電3793 3955查詢。
- (iii)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
- (iv)綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績，或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績，或香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上成績，或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。申請人如在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績，在考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
- (v)申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
- (vi)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，教育局會測試所有應徵課程主任職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
