• (a)To provide secretariat support to government advisory committees; <br>(b)To assist in the management of consultancy study and related works; <br>(c)To assist in arranging consultation forums or meetings for collecting stakeholders’ views; and <br>(d)To carry out any other duties as and when required.

Candidate should <br>(a)have a Bachelor’s or higher degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; <br>(b)have at least 10 years’ post-degree full-time work experience in project management and/or executive position, preferably in the rehabilitation field, business sector, public bodies or Government [See Note 1]; <br>(c)be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably have Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note 2]; <br>(d)preferably have solid experience in providing secretariat support, especially in government departments or government advisory and statutory bodies; <br>(e)have strong organisational ability, and planning, analytical and communication skills; <br>(f)have knowledge of computer software applications including MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel; and <br>(g)be able to work independently and under pressure. <br>[Remark: Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.]
