- (1)協助督導合約工程，包括進行工地測量和記錄測量結果、備存工地記錄，以及審核承建商的申索； <br>
- (2)監督屋宇裝備裝置工程計劃，包括工地安全以至環保等方面的合約要求和程序；以及 <br>
- (3)巡視建築工地、香港郵政的場地及設施，並擬備工程的費用預算。
職責
- (1)To assist in supervising contract works, including making and recording site measurements, maintaining site records and verifying contractors' claims; <br>
- (2)To monitor contractual requirements and programs of building services installation works and procedures such as site safety, environmental protection, etc.; and <br>
- (3)To inspect building sites, Hongkong Post venues and facilities, and to prepare cost estimates for works.
入職條件
- (1)取得香港理工大學／理工學院、香港專業教育學院或工業學院／科技學院頒發的電機或機械或電力裝置或屋宇裝備工程的文憑或高級證書，或同等學歷； <br>
- (2)取得上述資格後在屋宇裝備裝置工程方面累積滿七年的相關經驗； <br>
- (3)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前為「E級」）或以上成績，或同等成績； <br>
- (4)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，並熟悉電腦操作； <br>
- (5)具備良好的組織、分析、人際及項目策劃／項目管理技巧；以及 <br>
- (6)勤奮進取，並具備良好的分析和解難能力。
- (1)A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical or Electrical Installation or Building Services Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic/polytechnic university, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), or a technical institute/technical college, or equivalent; <br>
- (2)7 years' relevant post-qualification experience in building services installation works; <br>
- (3)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br>
- (4)Good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage; <br>
- (5)Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and <br>
- (6)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
入職條件(註)
2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
