批發市場監督(兼職)主要負責 (a)協助管理和監督批發市場的維修及相關工作; (b)與市場使用者、其他政府部門及承辦商就市場設施的維修事宜進行會面及聯絡; (c)處理市場使用者與承辦商關於市場設施的維修及相關工作的爭議; (d)提交關於批發市場維修及相關工作的定期和即時報告; 以及(e)管理批發市場的記錄和統計數據。 <br>(註:可能須戶外工作、輪班、在惡劣天氣及正常辦公時間以外工作,並穿著制服。)
職責
A Wholesale Market Supervisor (Part-time) is mainly deployed on
- (a)assisting in the management and control work in connection with the maintenance of wholesale markets;
- (b)attending meeting and liaising with market users, other government departments and contractors on matters relating to the maintenance of the market facilities;
- (c)settling disputes among market users and contractors in relation to the repair of market facilities;
- (d)submitting regular and ad-hoc reports in relation to the maintenance of the markets; and
- (e)managing records and statistics of wholesale markets. <br>(Note: May be required to work outdoors, perform shift duties, work outside normal office hours in adverse weather and wear uniform.)

- (a)申請人必須 (a)持有本港大學所頒授的工商管理、管理學、設施或物業管理或相關學科的榮譽學位,或具同等學歷;(b)在取得學位後具最少10年相關的全職工作經驗;以及(c)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第2級或以上成績,或具同等學歷。熟悉常用的電腦軟件(包括MS Word、PowerPoint及Excel)及中文文書處理者優先。 <br>(註: 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。)
The applicant should
- (a)have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Management, Facilities / Estate Management or a related subject from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
- (b)have at least ten years’ full time post-degree relevant work experience; and
- (c)have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates that are conversant with common computer software (including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese word processing. <br>(Note: “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
