助理資訊科技主任（基本設施）將負責： <br> <br>
- (a)向內部及遠端用戶提供求助台及會議支援； <br>
- (b)辦公室自動化系統和資訊科技資料系統的發展、文件編製、管理及保養工作； <br>
- (c)資訊科技系統的日常檢查、數據備份及保安修補程式管理；以及 <br>
- (d)在有需要時就其他系統發展和資訊科技相關職務提供協助。

月薪港幣21,300元至港幣30,200元，視乎學歷及工作經驗而定
職責
Assistant Information Technology Officer (Infrastructure) will be mainly responsible for – <br> <br>
- (a)providing helpdesk and meeting support to local and remote users; <br>
- (b)developing, documenting, administering and maintaining office automation systems and IT inventory systems; <br>
- (c)performing daily health check, data backup and security patch management for IT systems; and <br>
- (d)assisting in other system development and IT related duties as and when required.
入職條件
- (a)申請人［見註（1）〕須— <br> <br>
- (i)持有香港任何一所理工大學／理工學院／香港專業教育學院／科技學院頒發的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的高級文憑，或香港任何一所大專院校頒發的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的認可副學士學位，或具同等學歷； <br> <br>
- (ii)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲「第2級」［見註（2）〕或以上成績，或具同等成績；以及 <br> <br>
- (iii)在取得有關學歷後具備至少兩年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗，其中至少一年擔任類似職位或相若職責者更為理想； <br> <br>
- (b)申請人須以客為先，能在壓力下工作，並願意應要求在辦公時間之後逾時工作，以及間中候命工作。 <br> <br>
- (c)申請人如對以下各項具備實際經驗或良好知識，將獲優先考慮— <br>
- (i)在繁忙的大型機構（例如超過200名職員）提供求助台支援（例如桌上電腦、手提電腦、打印機、IP網絡、檔案伺服器、電郵系統）、服務水平協議和求助電話管理 <br> <br>
- (ii)個人電腦硬件（桌上及手提電腦）、Windows 10、Office 2016、Windows Server 2012/2016/2019、Microsoft Hyper-V、LAN/WAN技術、Wireless LAN、HCL Notes R9、iPhone/iPad、Avaya IP電話、Clonezilla、SafeGuard LANCrypt、Cisco Webex、Zoom、Microsoft BitLocker、BitLocker To Go、Microsoft Windows Server Update Services、ARCserve Backup，以及硬件／軟件資產管理 <br> <br>
- (iii)會議室視聽系統，包括視像會議系統
- (a)Candidates
Note(1)] should have – <br> <br>
- (i)a Higher Diploma from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic/Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/technical college in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or an accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent; <br> <br>
- (ii)met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2”
Note (2)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and <br> <br>
- (iii)at least 2 years’ post-qualification full time relevant IT working experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a similar post or in a comparable capacity; <br> <br>
- (b)Candidates should be customer oriented and able to perform under pressure, willing to work after office hours and occasionally on an on-call basis as required. <br> <br>
- (c)Preference will be given to candidates who have hands-on experience or good knowledge of the following areas – <br> <br>
- (i)Helpdesk support (e.g. desktop PC, laptop, printer, IP network, file server, email system) in busy and large organisations (e.g with more than 200 staff members), service level agreement and call management <br> <br>
- (ii)PC hardware (desktop and laptop), Windows 10, Office 2016, Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Microsoft Hyper-V, LAN/WAN technologies, Wireless LAN, HCL Notes R9, iPhone/ iPad, Avaya IP Phone, Clonezilla, SafeGuard LANCrypt, Cisco Webex, Zoom, Microsoft BitLocker, BitLocker To Go, Microsoft Windows Server Update Services, ARCserve Backup and hardware/software asset management <br> <br>
- (iii)Conference room audio-visual system, including video-conference system
入職條件(註)
- (1)申請人必須在截止申請日期或之前已經符合所須的入職條件。 <br> <br>
- (2)政府在聘任非公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）「C級」及「E級」成績，在行政上會分別視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第3級」和「第2級」成績。 <br> <br>
- (3)申請人須參加遴選面試及筆試。如果符合訂明入職條件的申請人人數眾多，通訊事務管理局辦公室可以訂立篩選準則，甄選條件較佳的申請人，以便進一步處理。在此情況下，只有獲甄選的申請人會獲邀參加遴選面試及筆試。
