職責
助理廚師主要負責預備食物、提供烹調服務及保持廚房清潔衞生。(註︰助理廚師須(i)留宿;(ii)不定時和超時工作,包括在晚上、周末及公眾假期工作;以及(iii)穿着制服。)
A No. 2 Chef is mainly deployed on preparing food, providing cooking service and maintaining kitchen clean and hygienic. (Note : A No. 2 Chef is required to (i) ‘live-in’; (ii) work irregular hours and overtime including evenings, weekends and public holidays; and (iii) wear uniform.)
入職條件
申請人須(a)具備最少五年在大戶家庭或大型機構烹調食物的經驗;(b)擅長烹飪中西菜肴;以及(c)能操流利粵語和簡單英語,並能閱讀和書寫簡單中、英文。
Candidates should (a) have at least 5 years’ experience in cooking in a large household or establishment; (b) be competent in Chinese and Western cuisine; and (c) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English, read and write simple Chinese and English.
入職條件(註)
為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,本署會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識,在面試時以口頭提問方式測試申請人對《基本法》的認識。不過,只有當兩名申請人的整體表現相若,才會參考有關《基本法》知識的評分。
