• 1.To assist in conducting research and preparing research papers on public policies; <br>2. To assist in managing social media platform; <br>3. To assist in preparing articles such as blogs, briefs, speeches and other publicity materials; <br>4. To assist in liaising with Government bureaux/ departments, community organisations, and other stakeholders, as appropriate; and <br>5. To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidates should have- <br> <br>

• (a)a bachelor degree in social sciences, journalism, communication, public administration or other related disciplines from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; <br>
• (b)at least 2 years of full-time post-qualification working experience in social media, journalism, policy research, corporate communications or public relations with good track records ; [See Note (1)] <br>
• (c)good communication and presentation skills; <br>
• (d)good knowledge in social media platform and proficient in using research tools; and <br>
• (e)good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note
