職責
獲錄用者的主要職責包括：－
(a) 處理關於海岸清潔的公眾查詢及投訴；
(b) 協調政府部門處理有關海岸清潔的事宜;
(c) 支援非政府組織及社區團體舉辦海岸清潔活動;
(d) 整理及更新海岸清潔網站和社交媒體平台；
(e) 整理數據庫及編制統計數據；
(f) 支援各項公關活動；以及
(g) 執行其它上級人員所分配的技術/行政職務。
(工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲錄用者或需(a)不定時及超時工作，包括晚上及周末和周日；及(b)不時在戶外工作。)

The successful candidate is mainly responsible for: -
(a) Handling public enquiry and complaint cases in relation to the “Clean Shorelines”;
(b) Coordinating efforts from relevant departments for matters related to the “Clean Shorelines”;
(c) Providing assistance to non-government organisations / community groups in arranging cleanups;
(d) Maintaining and updating the “Clean Shorelines” website and social media platforms;
(e) Maintaining database and compiling statistics;
(f) Providing support to various public relation events; and
(g) Performing other technical / administrative duties as assigned by the supervisors when required.
(The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. The successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings and weekends; and (b) work occasionally outdoors.)

入職條件

(a) 持有本港的大學/理工或香港專業教育學院/科技學院/工業學院頒發的環境學/相關科學科目文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 在取得有關學歷後具有至少三年與環保/統計/資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷（註：2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績）；以及
(d)具有電腦知識及工作經驗，尤其在數據庫建立及網頁管理方面，可獲優先考慮。

Applicants should have: –
(a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Environmental Studies or a relevant science subject from a Hong Kong university / Hong Kong polytechnic, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / technical college / technical institute, or equivalent;
(b) at least three years’ full-time relevant post-qualification working experience in the field of environmental / statistical / information technology work;
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth); and
(d) knowledge and experience in computer work, in particular database setup and website management would be an advantage.
