職責
數碼經理將協助本署的總數碼主任並與資訊科技團隊緊密合作,透過提供及支援對外的電子化服務,及促進內部效率及生產力工具兩方面推動轉型,讓投資推廣署改善服務傳遞及工作效能。詳細職責如下:
(i) 支援投資推廣署的數碼化措施,重新設計業務及運作流程,以改善對外客戶服務及內部工序效率;
(ii) 研究並建議可採用的數碼技術,從而改造或提升現時的服務傳遞模式,並提供創新意念及產生價值機遇;
(iii) 研究並分析投資推廣署總辦事處及其海外辦事處的業務需求,以配合部門進一步數碼化及追求服務創新的計劃;
(iv) 識別關鍵工序以將其數碼化,力求提高計劃的效率及效能,並協助透過數碼化為現行做法及流程進行完整分析;
(v) 支援及協調本署數碼轉型計劃的規劃、設計及執行工作;以及
(vi) 與資訊科技團隊、不同專家用戶組及精英合作,落實各數碼化項目。

The Digitisation Manager is expected to work for the Chief Digital Officer and work closely with the Information Technology (IT) Team to bring about a step change in the provision and support of external digital service and internal efficiency and productivity enhancement tools, so that InvestHK can enhance its service delivery and work effectiveness. Detailed responsibilities include the following:
(i) To support InvestHK’s digitisation initiative in re-designing business and operations processes for improving external customer service and internal process efficiency;
(ii) To research and recommend the use of digital technologies to transform or enhance current model of service delivery and provide new ideas and value-producing opportunities;
(iii) To research and analyse the business needs of InvestHK’s Head Office and its overseas offices to align with larger digitisation and service innovation agenda of the department;
(iv) To identify critical processes to digitalise to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of programmes, and to assist with process mapping of existing practices and process to aid with digitalisation;
(v) To support and coordinate the planning, design and implementation of the digital transformation programme of the department; and
(vi) To work with IT team and different expert user groups and champions to implement the digitisation projects.

入職條件
(a) 具備最少五年與數碼化項目管理、工作流程自動化及業務流程重整相關的全職工作經驗;
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,主修計算機科學、資訊科技、商業分析或相關學科,或具同等學歷;
(c) 在需求分析、解難及表達方面展示良好管理能力;
(d) 具備良好中英文溝通能力;
(e) 注重細節、具責任感、具自發性並有條理;
(f) 具備優秀的系統思維及解難能力,識別問題之間的關聯,並能提出可行而又可擴展的解決方案;以及
(g) 具備卓越的協調及人際技巧,能與各級的外間及內部持份者接洽。
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,主修計算機科學、資訊科技、商業分析或相關學科,或具同等學歷;

(a) A minimum of five years of relevant full-time work experience in digitisation project management, work flow automation and business process re-engineering;
(b) A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business analytics or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(c) Good management skills in requirement analysis, problem-solving and presentation;
(d) Good communication skills in Chinese and English;
(e) Attentive to details, responsible, self-motivated and well-organised;
(f) Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills to identify linkages in issues and propose practical yet scalable solutions; and
(g) Excellent facilitation and inter-personal skills to engage external and internal stakeholders across all levels.
