職責
(1) 制訂及執行香港郵票的市場推廣和銷售策略,以增加集郵品收入;
(2) 擬訂並推出線上和線下營銷計劃,包括社交媒體策略、視頻廣告,以及郵政局內的宣傳品;
(3) 協助舉辦大型銷售和宣傳活動,向社區和教育機構進一步推廣郵票及集郵品;策劃和舉行學校講座及校際比賽,向青少年推廣集郵,以擴大客戶群;
(4) 撰寫新聞稿、管理和評估社交媒體平台帳戶的運作及策劃相關內容;
(5) 與承辦商洽談宣傳品的設計和製作;
(6) 維持並開拓新的銷售和營銷渠道;以及
(7) 處理有關宣傳的外部查詢。

(1) To formulate and execute marketing and sales strategies for Hong Kong stamps to increase philatelic revenue;
(2) To develop and implement online and offline marketing programmes which cover social media strategies, video advertising and publicity materials in Post Offices, etc.;
(3) To assist to organise large-scale sales and publicity campaigns to expand the reach of stamps and philatelic products in the community and educational institutions; and to plan and organise school seminars and inter-school competitions to promote philately to the youth in order to expand consumer base;
(4) To prepare press release, manage and evaluate the operation of the social media accounts and develop social media contents;
(5) To liaise with contractors for the design and production of marketing collaterals;
(6) To maintain existing and explore new sales and marketing channels; and
(7) To handle external enquiries relating to promotions.

入職條件
(1) 持有本港任何一所大學頒授的工商管理、市場學或相關學科的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後,累積不少於5年營銷工作經驗,包括市場推廣及網上宣傳,而最近3年須擔任經理級職位;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前為「課程乙」)取得第3等級(2007年以前為「C級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(4) 具備極佳的口頭和書面溝通能力,並熟悉電腦操作;
(5) 具備商業頭腦,高瞻遠矚,力求創新;
(6) 具備卓越的組織能力、策劃和人際溝通技巧;以及
(7) 積極主動,能獨立工作。

(1) A recognized Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification work experience in marketing, including market promotion and online advertising with the latest 3 years at managerial level;
(3) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in computer skills;
(5) Strong business acumen, great foresight and strive for innovation;
(6) Good organizing, planning and interpersonal skills; and
(7) Self-motivated and able to work independently.

2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
