職責
- (i)To provide administrative and logistic support to anti-epidemic work in the department;
- (ii)To provide the full spectrum of human resources services, including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, etc.;
- (iii)To provide assistance in the review and formulation of policies and procedures related to administration and human resources functions, and liaison with parties concerned to facilitate the implementation of policies;
- (iv)To provide assistance in collation and consolidation of inputs from Groups and teams; and
- (v)To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位，或具同等學歷；
- (b)具備最少三年與行政、人力資源管理或管理相關的全職工作經驗；
- (c)具備良好的中英文書寫及口語能力；
- (d)精通英文及中文文書處理，以及Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint的應用；以及
- (e)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷（中文運用及英文運用）取得二級成績或具備同等成績（見註(a)至(c)）。
- (a)A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
- (b)A minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience in administrative, human resources management or executive work;
- (c)A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- (d)Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
- (e)Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes
- (a)to (c)).

- (b)香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。
- (c)在 International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在 IELTS 考試成績的兩年有效期內，其IELTS成績可獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS 考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日仍然有效。
