• (a)To be responsible for budgeting, financial accounting, financial control, payment monitoring and management reporting on the financial position;
• (b)To develop and review accounting procedures related to the office and the Chinese Medicine Hospital (CMH) project;
• (c)To conduct and review costing exercises for subsidised services;
• (d)To conduct financial vetting and financial monitoring as well as contract management;
• (e)To liaise with different stakeholders on financial and accounting matters related to the CMH project; and
• (f)To perform supervisory duties and any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

Candidates should –

• (a)be Certified Public Accountants of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, or equivalent;
• (b)have at least 8 years’ relevant full-time post-qualification working experience in accounting or financial management, of which at least 4 years in senior managerial position;
• (c)have Level 5 or above in “English Language” and Level 4 or above in “Chinese Language” of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent (Note); and
• (d)have strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
