負責裝訂分流工作的二級印刷技術員主要負責督導下屬及負責操作機器執行印後裝訂程序；保養和調校機器以維持良好運作；執行手工裝訂工作；以及在有需要時搬運及裝載印刷品。二級印刷技術員須穿著制服、輪班工作及在有需要時逾時工作；以及被調派往不同的決策局及政府部門工作。

總薪級表第6點（每月18,795元）至總薪級表第10點（每月24,070元）
職責
A Printing Technician II in the Finishing stream is mainly deployed on supervising subordinates and operating the machines in the print finishing process; maintaining and adjusting the machines for proper operation; performing hand-binding work; and when necessary, moving and loading of printed matters. A Printing Technician II is required to wear uniform, work shifts and, when necessary, perform overtime work; and is subject to posting to different bureaux and departments.

申請人須
- (a)
- (i)完成獲核准及相關的印刷學徒訓練計劃；或
- (ii)完成中三學業，或具同等學歷，及三年印刷行業的相關工作經驗；或
- (iii)完成小六學業，或具同等學歷，及六年印刷行業的相關工作經驗；或
- (iv)取得由職業訓練局頒發的中專文憑(廣告、包裝及印刷)或印刷數碼流程生產技術員基礎證書，或具備同等學歷，及兩年印刷行業的相關工作經驗；
以及
- (b)具備相當於小六程度的中英文語文能力。
Candidates should have
- (a)
- (i)completed an approved and relevant printing apprenticeship; or
- (ii)completed Secondary 3, or equivalent, plus three years’ relevant working experience in the printing industry; or
- (iii)completed Primary 6, or equivalent, plus six years’ relevant working experience in the printing industry; or
- (iv)a Diploma in Vocational Studies in Advertising, Packaging and Printing or a Technician Foundation Certificate in Printing Digital Workflow Production from the Vocational Training Council, or equivalent; plus two years’ relevant working experience in the printing
industry; and
- (b)attained a level of proficiency in Chinese Language and English Language equivalent to Primary 6 standard.
