職責
(a) 管理公民教育資源中心(中心)的整體運作、中心 的人力資源規劃和調配及營運中心的承辦機構的表現;
(b) 制定和執行於中心內或透過中心舉辦的推廣公民教育(包括國民教育)活動和計劃,包括策劃和舉辦定期專題展覽;
(c) 制定中心的工作計劃及中心參觀時間表,更新團體參觀的計劃,為參觀中心的團體/人士提供導賞服務,制定中心管理團隊的分工計劃;
(d) 審查、保存和更新中心的統計紀錄,並提出提高中心使用率的建議;
(e) 管理公民大使計劃的實施;以及
(f) 協助規劃和聯絡其他決策局/部門以舉辦其他宣傳活動,及執行上司指派的其他職務。
(註:工作時間與地點或會按局方的運作需要而有所變動。獲錄用者可能需要(a)不定時和超時工作,包括在晚上、周末和周日工作,以及(b)偶爾在戶外工作。)

(a) To oversee the overall operation of the Civic Education Resource Centre (CERC), the manpower planning and deployment of CERC and the performance of the management service contractor in running the CERC;
(b) To formulate and execute plans for promoting civic education (including national education) at or via the CERC, including planning and organising of periodic thematic exhibitions;
(c) To devise work plan, draw up group visitation schedules, update group visitation programmes, provide guided tour service to group visitors and work out the corresponding division on labour within the CERC team;
(d) To review, maintain and update the statistical records of the CERC and make recommendations to improve the utilization of the CERC;
(e) To oversee the implementation of the Civic Ambassador Programme; and
(f) To provide assistance in planning and liaising with B/Ds in organising other promotional activities and offering support on other assignments as designated by supervisors.
(Note: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the bureau. The successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings and weekends; and (b) work occasionally outdoors.)

(a) 持有本港大學頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 在取得上述學歷後,具備最少六年全職工作經驗,當中包括最少一年透過擔任展覽設施的管理/行政職位而獲取的行政和日常管理工作經驗[註一];
(c) 香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科均考獲第3級或以上成績,或具同等學歷[註二];
(d) 具備良好的會話和書寫溝通能力,並精於電腦操作;以及
(e) 具備良好的組織/統籌/分析能力和人際技巧,善於策劃/管理項目,並能獨立處事。

Applicants should have–

(c) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note (2)];
(d) good verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in computer usage; and
(e) good organising, coordination, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills and ability to work independently.
