職責
(1) 向現有及潛在客戶推廣香港郵政的產品及服務;
(2) 尋找、探索、掌握和落實新機遇,以拓展新業務;
(3) 透過提升現有客戶群的業務和擴大客戶群,為他們提供派遞方案,以取得最大的業務增長;
(4) 與現有及潛在客戶建立長遠和穩健的業務關係,以促進具利潤的銷售;
(5) 開發和優化銷售渠道,與主要客戶及內部各科/組別定期進行業務檢討;
(6) 與內部各科/組別合作,促進銷售流程及產品開發;
(7) 推動與潛在電子商務平台和渠道的合作夥伴關係;以及
(8) 收集市場情報(包括競爭對手的定價、客戶的消費行為和銷售周期),並與內部各科/組別分享有關資訊。

(1) To promote Hongkong Post products and services to existing and potential customers;
(2) To generate new business through identifying, prospecting, managing, and closing new opportunities;
(3) To maximize business growth by both within and enlarged customer base and provide logistic solutions to them;
(4) To develop and nurture accounts by building strong relationship with both existing and new customers for fostering profitable sales;
(5) To develop and optimize a sales pipeline and conduct regular business review with strategic customers, and internal stakeholders;
(6) To work with internal divisions/sections facilitating the sales process and product development;
(7) To drive partnership and alliances with potential e-Commerce platforms and channel partners; and
(8) To collect market intelligence including competitors’ pricing and customer behaviors alongside the sales cycle and share with internal sections.

入職條件
(1) 持有本港任何一間大學頒授的學士學位,以主修銷售、物流、業務發展或相關學科為佳,或具備同等學歷;
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後,累積不少於3年的銷售及帳戶管理工作經驗,屬物流、快遞或航運業更佳;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(的2007年以前為「課程乙」)取得第3等級(2007年以前為「C級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(4) 充分了解電子商務技術和線上/線下的商業模式;
(5) 具備卓越的客戶服務、溝通、協商和表達技巧,以達成銷售目標;
(6) 採取積極進取、目標為本的銷售方式;
(7) 積極主動,並具備競爭力;
(8) 能獨立工作,善於建立人際網絡;以及
(9) 具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力,以及能操流利普通話。

(1) A recognized Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, preferably in sales, logistics, business development or related disciplines;
(2) A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification working experience in sales and account management, preferably in logistics, courier or shipping industry;
(3) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Good understanding of e-Commerce technology and online/offline business model;
(5) Ability to achieve sales targets with excellent customer services, communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
(6) Aggressive on sales approach, driven to succeed;
(7) Highly self-motivated with competitive drive;
(8) Ability to work independently with a strong networking capability; and
(9) Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and Mandarin.

入職條件(註)
