二級助理館長（藝術）的主要職責為-
- (1)進行研究和編製目錄及刊物；
- (2)搜羅、設計、登記和闡釋展品；
- (3)協助籌辦展覽、節目、教育及推廣活動；以及
- (4)協助管理館藏。
註：
或須不定時及於周末及公眾假期工作。
職責
An Assistant Curator II (Art) is mainly deployed to –
- (1)conduct of research projects and production of catalogues and publications;
- (2)acquisition, design, registration and interpretation of exhibits;
- (3)assisting in the planning and organisation of exhibitions and programmes, and education and extension activities; and
- (4)assisting in the management of collections.
Note: May be required to work irregular hours, on weekends and public holidays.
入職條件
申請人須－
- (a)持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位，或同等學歷，並主修以下其中一個相關學科：電影／電視研究、媒體／傳播研究、美術、設計、文化研究、人文學，或同等學科；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試語文試卷中文運用中取得「一級」及英文運用中取得「二級」成績，或具同等成績。
Candidates should have -
- (a)a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, majoring in a relevant subject of Film / Television Studies, Media / Communication Studies, Fine Arts, Design, Cultural Studies, Humanities, or equivalent; and
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 1’ result in Use of Chinese and Level 2’ result in Use of English language papers in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent.

- (1)申請人須於申請表上清楚填寫其學士學位或同等學歷的主修學科及在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用和英文運用)的成績。如申請人的主修學科並非以下其中一個相關學科: 電影／電視研究、媒體／傳播研究、美術、設計、文化研究、人文學，或同等學科，其申請將不獲考慮。申請人如未能提供所需的所有資料，或所填寫的資料未能清楚顯示申請人符合上述入職條件，其申請將不獲考慮。
- (2)申請人所有資歷以截止申請日期或之前為準，截止申請日期後所獲得的資歷將不獲考慮。
- (3)申請人如獲邀參加遴選面試，必須提交有關修業成績、證書及綜合招聘考試成績正本以供核實其資格，並須提供副本以作記錄。申請人如未能提交所需文件正本以供核實其資格，其申請將不獲考慮。
- (4)綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。
- (5)香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第4級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科D級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的一級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績；或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。
- (6)在International English Language Testing System(IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
