職責
申請人經取錄後會獲調派往路政署新界區辦事處，負責帶領和督導轄下各組別，以 –
(a) 監察外部預應力鋼筋的狀況；保養監察系統；以及物色最新技術以提升監察系統；
(b) 就公路建造和保養的合約事宜（特別是跨界公路項目）提供專業支援及意見；
(c) 管理顧問公司就外部預應力鋼筋更換工程所進行的策劃和推展工作；
(d) 擬備招標文件、進行招標、執行和管理合約，以及隨後監察外部預應力鋼筋更換工程的進度；
(e) 監督新界區辦事處轄下的預應力鋼筋工程的整體溝通和執行工作；以及
(f) 執行高級管理人員委派的其他工作。

Successful candidate(s) will be assigned to the New Territories (NT) Regional Office of the Highways Department to lead and supervise the teams to –
(a) monitor the conditions of the external prestressing tendons; maintain the monitoring system; and identify latest technology for enhancement of monitoring system;
(b) provide professional support and advice on contractual issues on highways construction and maintenance especially on cross boundary highways projects;
(c) manage consultant on the planning and implementation of replacement works for external prestressing tendons;
(d) carry out the preparation of tender documents, tender invitation, implementation and administration of contracts and subsequent monitoring of progress on replacement works for external prestressing tendons;
(e) oversee the overall liaison and implementation work on the external prestressing tendons under the purview of the NT Regional Office; and
(f) undertake other duties as assigned by the senior management.

入職條件
申請人必須－
(a) 具備香港工程師學會（土木界別）於1975年12月5日後選取的正式會員或同等資格【請參閱註(1)】；
(b) 在取得有關資格後，具備最少15年經驗，當中最少5年擔任公路結構工程或包含外部預應力系統的工程的高級工程項目管理職位【請參閱註(2)】；以及
(c) 具備良好中英文口語及書寫能力。

(b) have at least 15 years’ post-qualification experience including at least 5 years’ working experience at senior project management level for highway structures projects or projects involving external prestressing systems [see Note (2)]; and
(c) have a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

入職條件(註)
(1) 為符合入職條件(a)項所載的要求，申請人如只持有非本地專業資格，應提交所需證明文件，證明該等資格等同本地有關專業資格，例如提供證據，證明申請人的資格在截止申請日期之前，已獲香港工程師學會接納為其正式會員(土木界別)。
(2) 申請人須隨申請表格夾附香港工程師學會正式會員(土木界別)或同等資格副本，以及以下文件：
A) 取得該資格後的相關工作經驗的證明文件副本；以及
B) 詳列工作經驗的履歷。
