職責
(a) 領導和管理各種研究項目,並設計和建議最具成本效益的研究方法,以實現研究目標;
(b) 及時、可靠和準確地進行品質檢查和編制人才市場趨勢報告;
(c) 從調查、研究項目、市場統計數據和分析中吸取和提供意見,以協助高層管理人員制訂和發展業務計劃,以鎖定、吸引和吸納人才來港定居;
(d) 協助經理控制預算和開支,監督香港人才服務辦公室的順利運作,並確保香港人才服務辦公室的服務水平和成果質素;以及
(e) 執行高級人員指派的任何其他職責。

(a) leading and managing various research projects, designing and proposing the most cost-effective research methodology to meet the research objectives;
(b) performing quality check and undertaking the compilation of talent market trends in a timely, reliable and accurate manner;
(c) drawing and delivering insights from surveys, research projects, market statistics and analysis that would assist senior management in formulating and developing business plans to target, engage and attract incoming talents to come and settle in Hong Kong;
(d) assisting the Manager to control the budget and expenditure, overseeing the smooth operation and ensuring the service standard and output quality of HKTE; and
(e) performing any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

入職條件
申請人在獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民,並須–
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,主修商業或定量分析學/統計學為佳,或具同等學歷;
(b) 具備最少六年在市場研究及分析事宜的相關工作經驗,企業規劃及/或業務發展的經驗者更佳;
(c) 在進行研究和分析研究結果方面往績良好;
(d) 具備數據倉及數據開採的知識/經驗;
(e) 具有卓越的人際及溝通技巧,中英文書寫能力及會話能力優良(粵語和普通話);
(f) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第3級或以上成績,或具同等成績;以及
(註: 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。)
(g) 精通一般商業電腦軟件(包括MS Word、Excel和PowerPoint)的應用,以及中文和英文文書處理。
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,主修商業或定量分析學/統計學為佳,或具同等學歷;
(b) 具備最少六年在市場研究及分析事宜的相關工作經驗,企業規劃及/或業務發展的經驗者更佳;
(c) 在進行研究和分析研究結果方面往績良好;
(d) 具備數據倉及數據開採的知識/經驗;
(e) 具有卓越的人際及溝通技巧,中英文書寫能力及會話能力優良(粵語和普通話);

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should possess –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree preferably in commerce or quantitative analysis / statistics from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience in marketing research and analysis matters; with experience in corporate planning and/or business development an advantage;
(c) proven track record of conducting researches and analyzing research results;
(d) knowledge/experience in data warehouse and data mining;
(e) excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(f) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; and
(Note: Grade C in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
(g) proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing.
