職責
(a) 為管理和執行清潔生產伙伴計劃（伙伴計劃）提供專業意見；
(b) 為粵港清潔生產合作專責小組及粵港清潔生產伙伴標誌計劃提供支援；
(c) 為審查伙伴計劃的申請提供專業意見；
(d) 綜合各持份者就延展伙伴計劃提出的意見和提供行政支援；
(e) 為粵港合作及交流的聯絡工作，包括會議、研討會等提供支援；以及
(f) 執行上級指派的其他職務。

(a) To provide professional advice on the management and implementation of the Cleaner Production Partnership Programme (the Programme);
(b) To provide support to the Hong Kong-Guangdong Joint Working Group on Cleaner Production and the Hong Kong-Guangdong Cleaner Production Partners Recognition Scheme;
(c) To offer professional advice on the vetting of applications under the Programme;
(d) To consolidate views from stakeholders and offer administrative support to the extension of the Programme;
(e) To support the liaison work relating to Hong Kong-Guangdong cooperation and exchange, including meetings, seminars etc.; and
(f) To perform other duties as assigned by the senior management.

入職條件
申請人須－
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的科學、工程或相關學科的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 在取得相關學歷後，具備至少15年在環境保護領域的項目規劃、合約管理和統籌、政策及方案制定和執行方面的全職工作經驗，曾在政府或公營機構工作佔優，當中包括至少五年管理團隊以執行在香港和廣東省推動清潔生產的資助計劃或類似性質項目的工作經驗；
(c) 具備良好的中、英文書寫能力；
(d) 具備良好的廣東話和普通話口語能力；
(e) 具備較強的分析及組織能力，能夠獨立工作；以及
(f) 具備良好的溝通及社交技巧。

Candidates should have –
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, in subject relevant to science, engineering, or equivalent;
(b) at least 15 years’ full-time post-qualification working experience in project planning, contract management and coordination, policy and programme formulation and implementation in the field of environmental protection, preferably in the Government or public bodies, including at least five years’ working experience in managing a team to implement a funding scheme in relation to promotion of cleaner production in Hong Kong and Guangdong Province, or projects of similar nature;
(c) good command of written English and Chinese;
(d) good command of spoken Cantonese and Putonghua;
(e) strong analytical and organisational capabilities to work independently; and
(f) good communication and interpersonal skills.
