職責
(a) 協助管理特殊教育培訓課程,包括處理查詢、報名、保存資料及分析培訓數據;
(b) 協助審核職前特殊教育培訓及資歷;
(c) 協助處理部門事務;以及
(d) 執行其他被委派的職務。

(a) To assist in course administration of the training programmes on special education including enquiries, enrolment, record keeping and training data analysis;
(b) To assist in the vetting of pre-service special education training and qualification;

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得二級成績,或具備同等成績者優先;
(c) 中英文良好;
(d) 具備2年行政相關工作經驗者優先;
(e) 熟悉中英文輸入法及電腦操作者優先,例如文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件;以及
(f) 面試者或須接受筆試。
