職責
多媒體主任的主要職責包括:
(a) 策劃、實施全面的社交媒體策略並營運平台,以增加參與度;
(b) 為各社交媒體平台創作文案,監控和分析績效;
(c) 策劃宣傳計劃、圖像、影片及宣傳品等內容;
(d) 協助部門的市場推廣、形象建立及危機管理;以及
(e) 履行任何其他被指派的工作。

Main duties of the Digital Media Officer are:
(a) to develop, implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase engagement;
(b) to create engaging content for various social media platforms, monitor and analyze performance;
(c) to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for publicity plan, graphics, videos and publicity materials;
(d) to assist in marketing, image building and crisis management for the Bureau; and
(e) to perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
申請人必須:
(a) 持有由香港任何一所大學所頒授的學士學位,以主修中文、創意媒體、數碼媒體、公共關係、廣告策劃或市場推廣為佳,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科均考獲第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[註(1)];
(c) 在取得學位後曾全職在政府部門或非政府機構擔任數碼媒體策劃及管理社交平台(包括但不限於Facebook、Instagram、微博、小紅書、抖音、流動應用程式及網頁等)的工作,並在過去五年內至少有連續兩年管理社交平台的經驗,以支援包括市場推廣、品牌建立、公共關係、互動媒體、廣告或社交媒體推廣 [入職條件附註];
(d) 具備創意思維,必須熟悉社交媒體的運作,具備創作內容和撰寫標題的知識;
(e) 具備優良的中文及英文寫作能力,特別是創意廣告文案寫作,能操流利的粵語和英語及基本的普通話;
(f) 精通電腦軟件應用程式,包括MS Word、Excel及 PowerPoint、Adobe製作軟件如Photoshop及Illustrator 等,具備有關圖像設計的技巧及經驗則更佳;以及
(g) 能夠輪班工作,並經常在緊迫的期限內、長時間且不定時工作,以及在公眾假期工作。

Candidates should:
(a) have a bachelor degree from a university in Hong Kong, preferably majoring in Chinese / Creative Media / Digital Media / Public Relations / Advertising / and Marketing, or equivalent;
(b) attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note (1)];
(c) have at least 2 years’ full-time post graduate working experience in managing social media platforms in government and / or non-government settings, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, mobile application and website, to support marketing, brand building, public relations, interactive media, advertising or social media marketing and at least 2 consecutive years’ full-time relevant working experience in the past five years [See “Notes” under Entry Requirements];
(d) have a creative mindset, possess expertise in social media operations, creating contents and writing creatives;
(e) have excellent command of written Chinese and English, and particularly in the creative writing; fluent Cantonese and English with basic knowledge of Putonghua;
(f) be proficient in software applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe production software like Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge and experience in the graphic design are considered an advantage; and
(g) be able to work in rotating shifts and frequently work under tight deadlines, on long and irregular hours and on Public Holidays.
