- (1)管理和監督顧問公司就重建空郵中心項目(下稱“該項目”)進行的工作，包括結構設計圖、圖則、細節、時間表、計算資料和規格等，並監管該項目的工程及合約；
- (2)管理和協調該項目的項目管理顧問公司、物料處理系統顧問公司及其他受委託的專家顧問；
- (3)監督和管理項目管理顧問公司、承建商及其他工程代理的表現；
- (4)監管該項目的採購策略、項目成本預算及其相關支出；
- (5)監督顧問公司和承建商提交的付款申請；
- (6)與該項目的內部及其他對外持份者協調，以確定有關的用戶要求和標準；
- (7)就該項目的不同階段提供專業意見，例如設計、招標及施工等階段；
- (8)確保與該項目有關的建築工程按照經批准的圖則和規格及相關政府規例和指引進行；以及
- (9)執行其他與該項目及香港郵政其他基建發展項目有關的工作。
職責
- (1)To manage and monitor the consultants on the structural design, drawings, details, schedules, calculations and specifications of the redevelopment project of the Air Mail Centre (AMC) (referred to as the "AMC project"), and to supervise the works and administer contracts for the AMC project;
- (2)To manage and coordinate with the Project Management Consultant, Material Handling System Consultant and other specialist consultants appointed for the AMC project;
- (3)To monitor and manage the performance of the Project Management Consultant, contractors and other works agents;
- (4)To monitor and manage the procurement strategies, project cost estimates and associated expenditure of the AMC project;
- (5)To monitor payment applications submitted by consultants and contractors;
- (6)To coordinate with the stakeholders, both internal and external, for the AMC project to establish users’ requirements and standards;
- (7)To provide professional advice and comments on different phases of the AMC project, such as stages of design, tendering, construction, etc.;
- (8)To ensure the construction works in relation to the AMC project are carried out in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as well as the relevant government regulations and guidelines; and
- (9)To carry out other duties in relation to the AMC project and other ongoing infrastructure development projects of Hongkong Post.
入職條件
申請人須 —
- (1)為香港工程師學會（結構或土木界別）正式會員，或具備同等資格[請參閱註]；
- (2)取得上述資格後，具備至少20年相關工作經驗；
- (3)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前應為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前應為「E級」）或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
- (4)擁有政府建築項目工作經驗的申請人可獲優先考慮；
- (5)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力；
- (6)具備良好的組織、分析、人際及項目策劃／項目管理技巧；以及
- (7)勤奮進取，具備良好的分析和解難能力。
Candidates should have -
- (1)Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Structural or Civil Discipline), or equivalent; (see Note);
- (2)A minimum of 20 years’ appropriate post-qualification work experience;
- (3)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (4)Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in government building projects;
- (5)Good verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English;
- (6)Good organisational, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and
- (7)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- (b)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
