職責
(a)支援策劃、發展及評鑑與個人、社會及人文教育學習領域相關課程的工作,特別是生活與社會科課程;
(b)支援個人、社會及人文教育學習領域的「主要課程發展重點」的推行,包括製作學與教資源,以促進「主要課程發展重點」在人文科目落實推行;
(c)策劃、組織和推行教師培訓課程及進行學校探訪,以支援「主要課程發展重點」的推行及生活與社會科課程的實施;
(d)評審教科書及學與教資源;
(e)參與各項與「主要課程發展重點」和個人、社會及人文教育最新趨勢有關的研究,包括試驗新課程模式及創意學與教策略等;
(f)組織和推行教師和學生活動(包括內地學習團及跨課程活動),以促進「主要課程發展重點」落實推行及生活與社會科課程的教學;
(g)支援《憲法》、《基本法》及國家安全教育的發展和落實推行;以及
(h)執行上司委派的其他職務。

(a) To support the planning, development and review of curricula relating to Personal, Social and Humanities Education (PSHE) Key Learning Area (KLA), in particular the Life and Society curriculum;
(b) To support the implementation of the key focuses for curriculum development of the PSHE KLA (PSHE key focuses), including production of resource materials to promote the implementation of the PSHE key focuses in PSHE subjects;
(c) To plan, organise and conduct teacher development programmes and to carry out school visits in support of the implementation of the PSHE key focuses, as well as the Life and Society curriculum;
(d) To review textbooks and resource materials;
(e) To participate in research and development projects in relation to the PSHE key focuses and latest trends in personal, social and humanities education, including piloting of new curriculum models and innovative learning and teaching strategies;
(f) To organise and conduct activities for teachers and students (including Mainland study tours and cross-curricula initiatives) to promote the implementation of the PSHE key focuses and the learning and teaching in Life and Society;
(g) To support the development and implementation of Constitution, Basic Law and national security education; and
(h) To undertake any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授的文學士或社會科學學士學位(主修人文學科/與個人、社會及人文教育相關的學科優先),或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)];
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)];
(c)符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績或具備同等成績[參閱註(iii)];
(d)在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後,具備不少於6年在中學教學及/或中學課程發展的經驗;當中具備不少於3年教授初中生活與社會科,或個人、社會及人文教育學習領域的初中校本課程(例如:綜合人文科)的經驗[參閱註(iv)];
(e)對個人、社會及人文教育學習領域的課程發展有豐富知識和經驗;以及對本地教育制度具備良好理解;
(f)對個人、社會及人文教育在本地及國際的最新發展具備良好理解;
(g)具備3年或以上教授初中生活與社會科的經驗,及/或持有課程研究的高等學位,如碩士或博士學位,或具備同等學歷者優先。

(g)具備3年或以上教授初中生活與社會科的經驗,及/或持有課程研究的高等學位,如碩士或博士學位,或具備同等學歷者優先。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Arts or Social Sciences (majoring in a humanities/ Personal, Social and Humanities Education (PSHE)-related discipline preferred), or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2" results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(d) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] experience in teaching in secondary school and/or curriculum development in secondary school, among which at least 3 years of experience in teaching Life and Society or a school-based curriculum in the PSHE Key Learning Area at junior secondary level (e.g. Integrated Humanities) [See Note (iv)];
(e) Possess sound knowledge and experience in curriculum development in the PSHE KLA as well as good understanding of the local education system;
(f) Possess good understanding of current trends of personal, social and humanities education in local and international contexts; and
(g) Preference will be given to candidates who have 3 years' or above experience in teaching Life and Society at junior secondary level; and/or who possess a higher degree (e.g. a second/higher degree) in curriculum studies, or equivalent.

(iii) 綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」,並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績,在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
(iv) 申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(v) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣,教育局會測試所有應徵課程主任職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。
(vi) 申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠,並須品格良好,願意為教育界服務,作出承擔,以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
