職責
技術主任主要負責以下工作－
(a) 執行電機、電子、機械和製造工程範疇內各項有關測量標準與校正／認可／品質控制的職務；
(b) 維持和監察資訊科技系統的運作，以及執行與提供認可服務有關的其他職務；以及
(c) 執行與標準相關服務的職務。

A Technical Officer is mainly deployed on –
(a) performing duties on measurement standards and calibration / accreditation / quality control in the areas of electrical, electronics, mechanical and manufacturing engineering;
(b) maintaining and monitoring the operation of information technology (IT) system, and performing other duties relating to provision of accreditation service; and
(c) performing duties in standard-related services.

入職條件
申請人須－
(a) 持有本港大學／理工學院、香港專業教育學院或科技學院／工業學院頒發的工程學或應用科學文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷[見註(1)及(3)]；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績[見註(2)及(3)]；以及
(c) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績[見註(4)]。
（註︰申請人如在取得上述學歷後最少具有兩年於創新及科技、研究及發展、實驗所及檢測範疇或工程範疇的工作經驗，可獲優先考慮。申請人須提供履歷表，列明現時及過去相關的受僱情況、職位、工作及職責。）[見註(5)]

(a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Engineering or Applied Science from a university / polytechnic in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or a technical college / technical institute, or equivalent [see Note (1) and (3)];
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent [see Note (2) and (3)]; and
(c) a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [see Note (4)].
(Notes: Preference may be given to candidates who have at least two years’ post-qualification experience in either the innovation and technology field, the research and development field, the laboratory and testing field or the engineering field. Applicants should provide a curriculum vitae (CV) including a summary of relevant present and previous employment, position, jobs and responsibilities.) [see Note (5)]

(3) 申請人所有資歷（《基本法及香港國安法》測試成績除外）以截止申請日期或之前為準，截止申請日期後所獲的資歷將不獲考慮。
(4) 政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
