職責
成功的申請人將於工程部及 / 或機構安全部擔當以下工作 –
(a) 為相關組別的日常運作及工作小組提供行政支援;
(b) 協助檢查/更新/核對/準備各類的技術手冊/維修保養時間表事項/內部訓練相關的文件,檔案紀錄及統計用的數據資料;及
(c) 協助進行調查研究及處理工程項目。

The successful candidates will work in the Engineering and/or Corporate Safety Divisions for –
(a) providing administrative support to the daily operation and various working groups of the respective units;
(b) assisting in checking/updating/verifying/preparing documentation, records and statistical data related to technical manuals/maintenance schedule matters/internal training for the respective units; and
(c) assisting in research study and handling engineering projects.

入職條件
申請人必須具備下列資格:
(i) 為香港特別行政區永久性居民;
(ii) 為本地或非本地專上院校認可全日制學位課程或以上學歷的學生(應屆畢業生除外);
(iii) 精通MS Office 應用程式;
(iv) 良好溝通技巧;及
(v) 中英文書寫及口語能力俱佳。
