職責
(a) 為「推廣自主語文學習一筆過津貼」提供行政、後勤及技術支援,包括協助整理和分析相關數據以檢視津貼運用情況,撰寫報告,籌辦簡介會和分享會,處理學校查詢等;
(b) 協助處理一般行政、文書、財務及檔案管理工作;
(c) 協助執行部門日常運作的相關職務,包括處理公眾查詢,提供資訊科技支援,以及籌辦專業發展課程和活動;以及
(d) 執行上司委派的其他職務。

(a) To provide administrative, logistical and technical support for the One-off Grant for Promotion of Self-directed Language Learning, including data collection and analysis, monitoring funding usage, preparing evaluation reports, organising briefing and sharing sessions and handling school enquiries;

(c) To assist in maintaining the daily operation of the office, including answering public enquiries, providing information technology support, and organising professional development programmes, events and activities; and

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[見註(i)];
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[見註(iii)];
(c) 在取得上述(a)的學歷後,具備不少於3年全職行政工作、項目管理及/或財務管理相關經驗,具備政府決策局/部門或教育領域經驗者優先[見註(ii)];
(d) 具備數據分析及項目評估經驗;
(e) 具備豐富電腦知識,熟悉電腦操作,包括文書處理、試算表、簡報軟件及中文輸入法;
(f) 具備安排網上會議/研討會、多媒體製作/編輯及處理公眾查詢經驗者優先;
(g) 處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠,並須品格良好;以及
(h) 具備良好的組織、溝通及人際技巧,並能以中英文與人有效溝通。

(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [see Note (iii)];
(c) At least 3 years of post-degree [as specified in (a)] full-time experience in administrative work, project management and/or financial management, experience in government bureaux/departments or the education sector preferred [see Note (ii)];
(d) Experience in data analysis and project evaluation;
(e) Excellent computer knowledge, familiar with computer operation, including word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation software and Chinese input method;
(f) Experience in setting up online meetings/webinars, multimedia production/editing and handling public enquiries preferred;
(g) Being responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a fine character and integrity; and
(h) Good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively in Chinese and English.
