- (a)提出並適切地展現創意成創新的多媒體方案，因應需要開發和製作電子學習教材、動畫、影音視頻、互動視像遊戲、具動畫效果的PowerPoint簡報及其他應用形象的材料等；
- (b)撰寫劇本、設計和製作包含多元化視像資訊的培訓和介紹／匯報材料，包括拍攝、編輯和修飾照片及影片，以期達至更佳的視聽效果吸引觀眾／用户；
- (c)設計和製備其他多媒體產品，例如電子賀卡及貼圖，並負責部門刊物及宣傳物料的平面設計和製作插圖；
- (d)與合作夥伴商討項目要求，並為不時舉辦的各項特備活動設計、開發和製作美觀且具吸引力的多媒體材料；
- (e)在製作電子學習及其他介紹／匯報資料時，提供指導及多媒體設計支援；
- (f)督導最少一名合約助理多媒體設計師及一名或以上暑期實習生，製作多媒體產品；以及
- (g)執行其他由上司指派的工作。
職責
- (a)To contribute and transform creative ideas to innovative multimedia solutions, develop and produce e-learning packages, animation, audio and visual videos, interactive video games, animated PowerPoint presentation and other graphic applications, etc. as appropriate;
- (b)To write scripts, design and produce training and presentation materials in diversified visual content including photo and video shooting, editing and retouching with a view to achieving better audio and visual appeal to audiences;
- (c)To design and prepare other multimedia products, such as e-cards and e-stickers; handle graphic design and artwork output for departmental publications and promotional materials;
- (d)To discuss requirements with working partners and design, develop and deliver aesthetically pleasing and appealing multimedia packages for special events to be held from time to time;
- (e)To provide guidance and multimedia design support in the production of e-learning and other presentation materials;
- (f)To supervise at least one Contract Assistant Multimedia Designer and at least one Summer Intern in producing multimedia products; and
- (g)To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
申請人必須：
- (a)持有香港認可大學／理工學院／工業學院所頒授的新媒體及影視創意寫作、創意／數碼媒體、創新及多媒體科技，或與多媒體相關的學科的學士學位或以上學歷，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3 級（請參閱註）或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
- (c)具備良好的中英文書寫及口語能力；
- (d)具備最少五年創作劇本、製作影音視頻、具視聽效果的PowerPoint簡報或相關多媒體範疇的工作經驗，包括最少兩年曾於政府部門及／或公營機構從事上述工作；以及
- (e)精通創作劇本、操作視聽器材，以及運用各類與數碼及影音媒體、編輯、剪接和製作照片及影片有關的電腦軟件，包括Windows 10、Microsoft Office 2016、Adobe Premiere、Adobe Audition、Adobe After Effects、Adobe Illustrator、Adobe InDesign, Adobe Animate CC、Adobe Captivate 2019、Digital Animation及Photoshop。
Candidates should have/be:-
- (a)A bachelor’s degree or above in Creative Writing for Film, Television and New Media, Creative/Digital Media, Multimedia Technologies and Innovation, or multimedia related subjects, from a Hong Kong recognised University / Polytechnic / Technical Institute, or equivalent;
- (b)Level 3 (See Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)A good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
- (d)At least five years’ working experience with two years in the Government and/or public organisations, in scriptwriting, producing audio and visual videos, PowerPoint with audio and visual effects, or in related multimedia areas; and
- (e)Proficient in scriptwriting, operating audio-visual equipment and computer software related to digital and image-sound media, photo and video editing and production including Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Animate CC, Adobe Captivate 2019, Digital Animation and Photoshop.
