To assist the Tree Management Office in the Works Branch of the Development Bureau in –

• (a)the audit work of tree risk assessment reports;
• (b)the tree patrol and field assessment of tree conditions;
• (c)the arrangement of training and public engagement activities (including seminars/webinars and school talks); and
• (d)other tasks as assigned by the supervisory staff.

Place of Work : 16/F, West Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong.

Applicants should –

• (a)be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
• (b)be full-time post-secondary students (Notes 1 and 2) of –
  • (i)Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Horticulture, Arboriculture and Landscape Management, or equivalent; or
  • (ii)Associate of Science (Tree Management), or equivalent; or
  • (iii)Higher Diploma in Conservation and Tree Management, or equivalent;
• (c)have at least completed the first year of the programme concerned;
• (d)have good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; and
• (e)master the techniques in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word software.
