職責
- (a)To provide executive support for coordination and liaison with self-financing institutions, as well as implementation of the enhanced regulatory framework and relevant transitional arrangements under the amended Post Secondary Colleges Ordinance;
- (b)To provide executive and logistic support for public engagement activities, visits, briefings, and meetings with stakeholders, such as secondary schools, students and parents, and self-financing post-secondary institutions, etc.;
- (c)To implement the publicity campaign relating to the self-financing post-secondary education sector;
- (d)To prepare briefs and speeches for seniors and handle complaints, enquiries and requests for information relating to the self-financing post-secondary education sector; and
- (e)To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷 [見註(i)]；
- (b)在取得有關學歷後，具備至少6年全職工作經驗，具備專上教育、公共行政、統計工作及活動管理相關工作經驗者優先；
- (c)具備優秀的組織、規劃及分析能力，能在壓力下獨立工作；
- (d)具備卓越的人際及溝通技巧；
- (e)中英文書寫和口語能力俱佳，操流利普通話；
- (f)熟悉了解香港的自資專上教育界別；以及
- (g)具備良好的電腦知識，例如文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件。

- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
- (b)At least 6 years of post-degree working experience, relevant experience in post-secondary education, public administration, statistical work and event management preferred;
- (c)Strong organisational ability, planning and analytical skills and ability to work independently and under pressure;
- (d)Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- (e)Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua;
- (f)Sound knowledge of the self-financing post-secondary education sector; and
- (g)Good knowledge of computer applications such as word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
