Programme Officer in English Radio Programmes
總薪級表第28點（每月港幣51,780元）至總薪級表第33點（每月港幣65,150元）
職責
節目主任（英文電台節目），主要負責(a) 製作及主持高水平的流行／古典音樂或新聞及時事的英文電台／多媒體及其他節目； (b) 擔任編輯、寫作或資料搜集，制訂節目構想及計劃；及 (c) 協助督導員工及管理資源。
（註：或需不定時工作和輪班當值，和在颱風、黑色暴雨警告及其他緊急情況下工作。）
Programme Officer in English Radio Programmes is mainly deployed on (a) producing and presenting high-level English-language radio / multi-media and other programmes with knowledge of popular / classical music OR news and current affairs; (b) performing as editors, writers or researchers; generating programme ideas and plans; and (c) assisting in staff supervision and managing resources.
(Note: May be required to work irregular hours and shifts; and to work during typhoons, Black Rainstorm Signal and other emergencies.)
入職條件
申請人必須：
(a) (i) 持有香港的大學所頒發學位，或具同等學歷；兼具四年電視、電台或新媒體節目製作、拍攝相關的工作經驗；或
(ii) 持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（新聞及傳理學、創意媒體、媒體學科），或具同等學歷；兼具六年電視、電台或新媒體節目製作、拍攝相關的工作經驗；或
(iii) 持有香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（新聞及傳理學、創意媒體、媒體學科），或具同等學歷；兼具八年電視、電台或新媒體節目製作、拍攝相關的工作經驗；或
(iv) 在香港中學文憑考試五科（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科）考獲第3級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級／C級或以上成績（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科），或具同等學歷；兼具九年電視、電台或新媒體節目製作、拍攝相關的工作經驗；或
(v) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，須包括英國語文科，或具同等學歷；或在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，須包括英國語文科，或具同等學歷；兼具十年電視、電台或新媒體節目製作、拍攝相關的工作經驗；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績。
Candidates should have
(a) (i) a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent and 4 years’ relevant experience in TV, radio or new media programme production, filming; or
(ii) an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma in a relevant or related discipline ( Journalism and Communication, Creative Media, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 6 years’ relevant experience in TV, radio or new media programme production, filming; or
(iii) an accredited diploma in a relevant or related discipline ( Journalism and Communication, Creative Media, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 8 years’ relevant experience in TV, radio or new media programme production, filming; or
(iv) Level 3 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; or Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) and Level 3/Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; and 9 years’ relevant experience in TV, radio or new media programme production, filming; or
(v) Level 2 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in 5 subjects including English Language in HKDSEE, or equivalent; or Level 2/Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language in HKCEE, or equivalent; and 10 years’ relevant experience in TV, radio or new media programme production, filming; and
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
(1) 政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 政府在聘任公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級與E級的成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科分別第3級與第2級的成績。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。申請人在基本法測試的表現會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重。申請人如獲邀參加技能測試，會被安排於技能測試當日參加《基本法》知識筆試。申請人在《基本法》知識測試的表現，是評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
(4) 於職位申請截止日起計三個月內將取得訂明學歷的申請人，亦可申請。申請人需圓滿考獲所要求學術資格方獲考慮聘任。
(5) 申請人須技能測試合格，方獲進一步考慮。
(6) 申請人出席招聘面試，須於事前或事後提供文件證明其具備相關學歷和經驗。
(7) 申請人如已修讀並完成本地大學或專上院校所開辦與新聞及傳理學、創意媒體或媒體學科相關的學科，或具同等學歷，請在申請表格G.F. 340 (Rev.3/2013)第A(II)部份「就學詳情」一欄清楚列明所修讀科目。
(8) 申請人如曾在媒體機構工作而獲得與電視、電台或新媒體節目製作、拍攝的相關工作經驗，請在申請表格G.F. 340 (Rev.3/2013) 「就業詳情」一欄清楚註明機構業務性質及申請人的工作性質。
