- (a)策劃、組織、監察及評估高中公民與社會發展科(公民科)內地考察的推行；
- (b)聯絡學校、旅行社及其他持份單位，以策劃、推行及評估公民科內地考察；
- (c)策劃及參與公民科內地考察及／或相關活動及前期考察；
- (d)領導和監察公民科內地考察及／或相關活動的教學資源和參考資料製作，以支援學校促進學生學習；
- (e)促進公民科內地考察及／或全方位學習的教師專業發展；
- (f)管理與公民科內地考察及／或相關活動的數據和資料；
- (g)監督公民科內地考察採購工作及合約；
- (h)處理公眾、傳媒和立法會的查詢或回覆，並準備與公民科內地考察及／或相關活動的報告；以及

職責
- (a)To oversee the planning, organisation, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of Mainland study tours of the subject of Citizenship and Social Development (CS tours) for senior secondary students;
- (b)To liaise with the school sector, travel agents and different stakeholders, for the planning, implementation and evaluation of CS tours;
- (c)To plan and participate in pre-trips and actual trips of CS tours and/or related programmes;
- (d)To lead and monitor the development of learning and teaching resources and production of reference materials in relation to CS tours and/or related programmes to support schools in facilitating student learning;
- (e)To foster teachers' professional development on CS tours and/or life-wide learning;
- (f)To take charge of the management of the central database for various CS tours and/or related programmes data and information;
- (g)To oversee the procurement exercise and contract management of CS tours;
- (h)To handle enquiries or replies to the public, media and Legislative Councils etc, and prepare reports related to the CS tours and/or related programmes; and
- (i)To perform any other duties as assigned by the seniors.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；主修語文、社會科學、人文學科、教育或公民與社會發展科(公民科)相關科目(包括但不限於中國歷史、歷史、地理、經濟)者優先 [見註(ii)及(iii)]；
- (b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績 [見註(iv)]；
- (d)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績 [見註(vi)]；
- (e)在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後，具備不少於10年中學教學及／或課程發展經驗 [見註(v)]；
- (f)具備不少於2年香港高中公民科教學及／或課程發展經驗者優先；
- (g)持有與課程發展及／或教育管理有關的高等學位，如碩士或博士學位，或具備同等學歷或精通普通話者優先；以及
- (h)面試者或須於遴選面試當天接受筆試。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent; majoring in Language, Social Sciences, Humanities discipline, Education or Citizenship and Social Development (CS) related subjects (including but not limited to Chinese History, History, Geography, Economics) preferred [See Notes
- (ii)and (iii)];
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iv)];
- (d)A pass result in the Basic Law Test and National Security Law Test [See Note (vi)];
- (e)At least 10 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in
- (a)and (b)] experience in teaching and / or curriculum development in secondary schools [See Note (v)];
- (f)At least 2 years' experience in teaching and / or curriculum development in senior secondary CS in Hong Kong preferred;
- (g)Possess a higher degree (e.g. a second / higher degree) related to curriculum development and / or educational management, or equivalent, or proficiency in Putonghua preferred; and
- (h)May be required to take a written test on the day of selection interview.
入職條件(註)
- (i)高級課程主任(全方位學習及內地交流組1)職位的申請日期為2026年1月16日(星期五)至2026年1月30日(星期五)。
- (ii)為廣周知，經本地評審的學士學位屬資歷架構第5級別。雖然資歷架構第5級別亦涵蓋其他資歷，但就是次招聘而言，只會接納相關科目的學士學位資歷。有關資歷架構詳情，可瀏覽屬資歷架構網站https://www.hkqf.gov.hk或致電3793 3955查詢。
- (iii)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
- (iv)綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績會接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language 科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會視為已符合高級課程主任職位的英語能力要求。IELTS考試成績必須在職位接受申請期內其中任何一日有效。
- (v)申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質[例如任教科目、擔任的崗位、在入職條件(e)及(f)所列明的經驗]及相關經驗的日期。
- (vi)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是教育局課程主任職位的入職條件。《基本法及香港國安法》測試會考核申請人的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
