- (a)為數字教育和科學、科技、工程、藝術及數學（STEAM）教育相關的教師專業發展課程提供文書和後勤支援；
- (b)為管理問卷調查和學校探訪，以及為學校開發學與教資源，提供文書和後勤支援；
- (c)為組織各種與數字教育和STEAM相關的學生學習活動、比賽及大型項目，提供後勤支援，以展示學生的成就；
- (d)為與數字教育和STEAM教育相關的協調工作及安排良好實踐經驗和資源的推廣，提供文書和後勤支援；

職責
- (a)To provide clerical and logistical support to the organisation of Digital Education (DE) and Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM) education-related professional development programmes;
- (b)To provide clerical and logistical support to the administration of surveys and school visits, and development of learning and teaching resources for schools;
- (c)To provide logistical support to the organisation of DE and STEAM education-related student activities, competitions and large-scale events to showcase students' achievements;
- (d)To provide clerical and logistical support to the coordination of work and arrangement of dissemination of good practices and resources related to DE and STEAM education;
- (e)To provide logistical support to meetings with various stakeholders (e.g. tertiary institutions, professional bodies, other government departments, non-governmental organisations and schools) to promote DE and STEAM education in schools; and
- (f)To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s).
入職條件
- (a)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的文憑，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)主修與科學、科技、工程、藝術及數學（STEAM）相關科目者優先；
- (c)具備與教育／STEAM相關領域的項目管理工作經驗及／或具備與STEAM教育相關學科的教學助理工作經驗者優先 (見註)；
- (d)中英文良好；
- (e)熟悉中英文輸入法及電腦操作者優先，例如文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件；
- (f)負責任、積極主動及具熱誠；以及
- (g)能獨立工作。
- (a)A diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (b)Majoring in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics (STEAM)-related subjects preferred;
- (c)With project management work experience in education/STEAM-related fields and/or working experience as teaching assistant for STEAM education-related disciplines preferred (see Note);
- (d)A good command of both Chinese and English;
- (e)Familiar with Chinese and English input methods and computer operations preferred, such as word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software;
- (f)Responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic; and
- (g)Able to work independently.
