時薪599元 (每月需工作不多於68小時)
職責
- (a)To serve as the tour leader/member of the Mainland Study Tours (MSTs), as well as the facilitator guiding participants' professional learning and reflection throughout the course of the MSTs;
- (b)To provide professional and administrative support in implementing the MSTs including conducting the pre-tour briefings, designing and producing training materials and handbooks for the MSTs;
- (c)To evaluate programme effectiveness, including preparing evaluation reports, reviewing and analysing the participants' feedbacks and self-reflection journals; and
- (d)To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位及香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)於取得學士學位後，具備不少於15年與教育相關的工作經驗，其中最少有5年在公營學校擔任校長、副校長或主任的經驗；
- (c)具備在學校組織/籌辦教師及/或學生內地交流活動的經驗；
- (d)具備良好的分析能力、項目管理及協作能力；
- (e)具備良好中英文口語及書寫能力，能操流利粵語及普通話；以及
- (f)有承擔，能獨立工作及與團隊合作，並遵從指示。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary education institution, or equivalent;
- (b)At least 15 years' post-degree experience in education, of which at least 5 years should be in the capacity of a public sector school principal, vice-principal or senior teacher;
- (c)Experience in organising/conducting teachers' and/or students' Mainland exchange programmes in schools;
- (d)Strong analytical skills, project management and coordination skills;
- (e)Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, be able to speak fluent Cantonese and Putonghua; and
- (f)Committed and be able to work independently as well as in a team and follow instructions.
