- (a)按照《廣播條例》、《廣播事務管理局條例》和《電訊條例》的綱領，協助評審牌照申請；執行牌照條件並處理針對持牌人的投訴；(b)在有需要時，就香港廣播業的規管事宜進行業務或經濟分析；(c)協助監管廣播市場及相關市場的運作情況；檢討規管條文以及在適當顧及對服務供應者和使用者的影響下，研究廣播事務問題；(d)協助監察持牌人在遵守《廣播條例》所載各項監管規定的表現；以及(e)在有需要時，協助高層人員進行研究工作和檢討業務守則。
職責
- (a)to assist in evaluating licence applications; enforcing licence conditions and handling complaints against licensees, under the framework of the Broadcasting Ordinance, the Broadcasting Authority Ordinance and the Telecommunications Ordinance;
- (b)to perform business or economic analysis as necessary in connection with the regulation of the broadcasting industry in Hong Kong;
- (c)to assist in monitoring the broadcasting and related market situation and to review regulatory provisions and study broadcasting issues with due regard to implications on service providers and users;
- (d)to assist in monitoring licensees’ compliance with regulatory requirements in the Broadcasting Ordinance; and
- (e)to assist senior officers in conducting research and review of the codes of practice as and when necessary.
入職條件
申請人須: (a)持有本港大學頒授的榮譽學位或同等學歷，主修法律、會計學、金融學、經濟學或工商管理學；(b)取得學位後，至少具有一年相關工作經驗；以及(c)擅長分析和具備良好的溝通能力(包括中、英文兩方面)。曾經從事廣播業規管事務更佳(但並非必要條件)。
Candidates should have:
- (a)a good honours degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, majoring either in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration;
- (b)not less than one year’s relevant post-graduate experience; and
- (c)strong analytical and communication skills, in both English and Chinese. Experience in the broadcasting sector related to regulatory matters will be an advantage, though not essential.
