The candidate is required to: (a) assist with the content update of Invest Hong Kong’s website; (b) assist with the content update of social media sites; (c) assist with the artwork and production for local, overseas and online advertising; (d) assist with the proofreading of publications, e.g. newsletters, sector flyers, case study booklets, etc.; (e) assist with the updating of databases on client profiles and case studies; (f) assist with the re-printing exercise; (g) co-ordinate with overseas offices on the shipping of marketing collaterals for events or duty visits from headquarters officers; and (h) To help liaise with suppliers or vendors and to monitor their progress.

(a) Students who are currently enrolled in full-time degree courses (or equivalent) in the stream of language, translation, marketing, or journalism and communications; (b) “Level 3” (“Grade C” before 2007) in Chinese Language and English Language (English Language (Syllabus B) before 2007); (c) Have excellent language skills (English and Chinese, third language preferred); (d) Have good understanding of social media websites and tools; (e) Have good English and Chinese typing skills; (f) Proficient in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and (g) Have good organisational and communication skills.
