職責
主要負責公司註冊處各組別的基層運作包括處理與公司條例有關的文件及個案、參與資訊科技發展計劃、解答公眾查詢及協助管理文書及輔助人員等。
Mainly deployed in performing operational ground work in the various sections of the Companies Registry including processing documents and cases under the Companies Ordinance, participating in information technology development projects, answering public enquiries, and assisting in supervising clerical and supporting staff etc.
入職條件
申請人須：(a) (i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等(註 1 )或以上成績(註 2 )，或具同等學歷；或 (ii) 在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級(註 3) ／C級或以上成績(註 2)，或具同等學歷；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註 3)或以上成績，或具同等成績；並能以中文和英文溝通；
(c) 具有一年全職工作經驗；及
(d) 熟悉電腦操作，如：MS Word, Excel 及中文輸入法。

(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and be able to communicate in Chinese and English;
(c) have 1 year full-time working experience; and
(d) be familiar with computer operations such as MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.

(2) 有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文。
(3) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
