職責
(a)提供訪校及駐校形式的諮詢及專業發展的支援,以協助中國語文科科主任及教師推行課程改革;
(b)協助部門主管規劃、執行、以及檢討有關推行校本支援計劃的工作;
(c)主持校本專業發展活動,及協助籌劃網絡/大型專業發展活動,促進中、小學校長、中國語文科科主任及教師的專業發展;
(d)推廣中、小學中國語文教學的良好方法及有效的資源;
(e)進行有關中、小學校本中國語文學與教之研究及發展項目;
(f)與中、小學校長/校內有關人士聯繫,以檢討學校推行課程改革的進度;以及
(g)間中需返回內地安排交流團事務。
(a) To help Chinese panel heads and teachers of primary and secondary schools implement the curriculum reform through the provision of on-site advisory and professional support services;
(b) To assist the team head in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the support services provided by the Chinese Team;
(c) To conduct school-based professional development activities and to assist in organizing network-based / territory-wide functions for primary and secondary school heads, Chinese panel heads and teachers;
(d) To identify and disseminate good practices in Chinese Language learning and teaching and effective resources for use in primary and secondary schools;
(e) To undertake school-based research and development projects relating to Chinese Language learning and teaching in primary and secondary schools;
(f) To liaise with school heads / relevant parties of the schools to review their progress in school-based curriculum development; and
(g) To undertake duty visits to the Mainland.
入職條件
(a)須持有本港中國語文及/或中國語文教育學士學位或同等學歷;
(b)持有教育或相關學科之較高程度學位或同等學歷則可獲優先考慮[參閱註(1)];
(c)須持有本港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書,或同等學歷;
(d)於香港中學會考中國語文科達第2等級或以上,或同等學歷[參閱註(2)];
(e)具備良好的英國語文及普通話能力可獲優先考慮;
(f)在取得有關學歷後,具備不少於六年相關經驗,包括資源發展、語文教學、培訓及提供直接支援以促進中國語文學習;
(g)熟悉本地教育制度及課程改革;
(h)了解現時本地及國際的中國語文教育趨勢;以及
(i)掌握良好溝通、交際及表達技巧。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chinese Language and/or Chinese Language education;
(b) a higher degree or equivalent in Education or related discipline is preferable; [See Note (1)];
(c) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(d) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language in the HKCEE, or equivalent [See Note (2)];
(e) Good proficiency in English and Putonghua is preferable;
(f) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience, including experience in resource development, teaching, training and providing direct support to schools to enhance Chinese Language learning;
(g) Good knowledge of the local education system and the curriculum reform;
(h) Knowledge of current trends in Chinese Language education in both local and international settings; and
(i) Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
入職條件(註)
(1) 申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如碩士或博士學位),亦須一併在申請表上列明。
(2) 過往香港中學會考中國語文科C級及E級的成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科第3等級和第2等級的成績。
