在專業人員指導下接受實務訓練，為報考香港測量師學會產業測量組的專業評核試做準備，以便最終取得學會專業會員資格。
職責
To undergo practical training under professional guidance to prepare for the Assessment of Professional Competence in the General Practice Division of the HKIS, leading subsequently to its corporate membership.
入職條件
應徵者須(a)在2011年或以後取得測量／土地管理／房地產學位或完全符合香港測量師學會產業測量組專業會員資格的學歷(請參閱註1)；以及(b)取得香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科成績達第2等級或以上(請參閱註2)，或具備同等學歷。
修讀獲認可並獲完全豁免的學位／文憑課程的學生，如果在2012年8月前參加期終考試，也可申請。倘若入選，須在成功取得有關的學術資格後方獲聘用。
Candidates should
- (a)have a degree in Surveying/Land Management/Real Estate or a qualification which satisfies in full the academic requirements for corporate membership of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the General Practice Division obtained in 2011 or after (See Note 1); and
- (b)have Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (See Note 2), or equivalent. Students sitting the final examination of an approved fully exempting degree/diploma course in the summer (before August) of 2012 may also apply. If selected, their engagement will be subject to their successful acquisition of the requisite academic qualification.
入職條件(註)
- (1)應徵者如在2011年前取得所需學位或學歷，但現正修讀其他相關的全日制學位，或剛於2011年或其後取得全日制修讀的相關學位，亦可獲考慮。惟取得首個所需學位或學歷與開始修讀相關學位的日期不得相隔多於18個月。若應徵者曾修讀多過一個相關學位，學位之間的累計相隔時間總和亦不得超過18個月。
- (2)政府在聘任非公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)「E」級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。
- (3)受訓津貼：目前受訓期內第一年的受訓津貼金額是每月港幣$16,150元。申請人必須注意受訓津貼金額及聘用條款應以獲聘時之規定為準。至於受訓期內第二年及以後(直至第四年)的受訓津貼金額則將會於每年完成訓練時，因應當時的市場情況及政府認為相關的其他因素而予以調整。
- (4)面試：面試將於2012年近6月底進行，申請人(不論現時身在香港還是海外)應確保能如期出席面試。
