- (a)改善及管理警隊的知識管理網站以確保知識管理計劃的順推行；
- (b)設計有助推動知識分享與交流方法以協助落實機構目標；
- (c)跟資訊科技專業人士及相關人員聯手制定/提升網上知識分享平台；
- (d)提升並確保警隊知識管理系統知識資料庫的質素；
- (e)在鑑定知識及學習需要與提供解決事項方面，與相關人士保持聯絡並提供協助；
- (f)製定用戶要求手冊、驗收測試報告、壓力測試、災難恢復測試和維護系統文件等;
- (g)設計、推行及管理知識管理事項及活動以進一步在警隊推行知識分享文化；
- (h)承擔與知識管理相關的行政及訓練職務，包括發展電子學習教材；以及
- (i)推行項目管理及落實項目目標。
職責
- (a)Refine and manage the Force KM Portal to ensure the smooth implementation of KM initiatives;
- (b)devise means of facilitating knowledge collaboration and transfer to achieve organisational objectives;
- (c)create/upgrade online knowledge sharing platform by working in collaboration with IT professionals and the relevant stakeholders;
- (d)enhance and ensure quality in knowledge databases established under Force KM System;
- (e)Liaise and support stakeholders in identifying and offering solutions to knowledge and learning needs;
- (f)prepare users’ requirement specification, user acceptance test (UAT), stress test, disaster recovery test and maintain system documentation,
- (g)design, lead and manage knowledge management events and activities to foster a knowledge-sharing culture in the Force;
- (h)undertake knowledge management-related administrative and training duties including developing e-learning packages; and
- (i)perform project management and validate project deliverables.
入職條件
申請人必須–
- (a)持有本港大學所頒授的知識管理或其他相關學科碩士學位，或同等學歷；
- (b)於取得大學學歷後，具備最少八年的資訊科技行業工作經驗，而其中最少四年須從事知識管理工作及兩年管理經驗；
- (c)具備良好的中、英文講寫能力，並在香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科成績達第2等級或以上，或同等學歷〈參考註〉；
- (d)熟識企業知識分享平台，例如企業維基或share point sytem；
- (e)對電腦程式編寫例如Confluence、SQL、Cygwin、Python和Unix有實際的經驗；
- (f)具備在大機構推行知識管理計劃的實際經驗，包括有關collaborative systems、enterprise knowledge sharing、communities of practice 及改變企業文化的經驗；
- (g)持有有效的項目管理專業﹙PMP﹚認證；
- (h)具備良好的分析、人際交往及溝通能力；以及
- (i)具備研究工作經驗者可獲優先考慮。
Candidates should have
- (a)a Master’s degree in Knowledge Management or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
- (b)at least 8 years’ post degree experience in IT-related field of which at least 4 years are in knowledge management and 2 years at supervisory level;
- (c)good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, with Level 2 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE, or equivalent [see Note];
- (d)proficiency in enterprise knowledge sharing system such as enterprise Wiki or share point system,
- (e)experience in Confluence, SQL, Cygwin, Python and Unix,
- (f)proven record of implementing knowledge management initiatives involving collaborative systems, knowledge sharing, communities of practice or culture change in a broad and complex organisation;
- (g)valid Project Management Professional (PMP) holder,
- (h)excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; and
- (i)research experience is an advantage.
