總薪級表第34點（每月港幣55,850元）至總薪級表第39點（每月港幣68,735元）
職責
高級節目主任（英文電台節目），主要負責 (a) 督導英文電台節目的日常工作； (b) 擬訂工作╱節目計劃、統籌工作編排、監察編輯事宜及節目╱工作質素； (c) 管理及統籌員工與其他資源； (d) 負責音樂編排及製作方面的工作；及 (e) 製作並主持電台節目。
(註：或需不定時工作和輪班當值，和在颱風，黑色暴雨警告及其他緊急情況下工作。）
A Senior Programme Officer in English Radio Programmes is mainly deployed on (a) supervising the daily work of the English radio programmes; (b) drawing up work / programme plans, coordinating assignments, monitoring editorial issues and programme / work quality; (c) managing and coordinating staff and other resources; (d) handling music scheduling and production work; and (e) producing and presenting radio programmes.
(Note: May be required to work irregular hours and shifts; and to work during typhoons, Rainstorm Black Warning and other emergencies.)
入職條件
申請人必須：
(a) (i) 持有香港的大學所頒發學位，或具同等學歷；兼具七年電視、電台或新媒體節目製作、拍攝的相關工作經驗；或
(ii) 持有香港的專上院校頒授經評審的副學士學位或獲認可的高級文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體、媒體學科），或具同等學歷；兼具九年相關工作經驗；或
(iii) 持有香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體、媒體學科），或具同等學歷；兼具十一年相關工作經驗；或
(iv) 在香港高級程度會考考獲兩科及格，及在香港中學會考另外三科成績達C級或以上（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3等級成績），或具同等學歷；或在香港中學文憑考試五科(可包括中國語文科及英國語文科)考獲第3級或同等(註1)或以上成績，或具同等學歷；兼具十二年相關工作經驗；或
(v) 在香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，另有四科成績達E級或以上或具同等學歷；或在香港中學文憑考試五科(須包括英國語文科)考獲第2級或同等(註1)或以上成績，或具同等學歷；兼具十三年相關工作經驗；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具同等學歷。
Candidates should have
(a) (i) a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, and 7 years’ relevant experience relating to TV, radio or new media programme production, filming; or
(ii) an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Journalism and Communication, Creative Media, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 9 years’ relevant experience; or
(iii) an accredited diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Journalism and Communication, Creative Media, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 11 years’ relevant experience; or
(iv) a pass in 2 subjects at advanced level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; or Level 3 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which may include Level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; and 12 years’ relevant experience; or
(v) Level 2 or above in English language together with 4 other subjects at Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or equivalent; or Level 2 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which should include English Language), or equivalent; and 13 years’ relevant experience; and
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in English Language in the HKCEE or HKDSEE, or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
(1) 政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 政府在聘任公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級與E級的成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科分別第3等級與第2等級的成績。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人如獲邀參加遴選面試，會獲安排於面試當日參加《基本法》筆試。筆試會於面試開始前或結束後舉行。申請人在《基本法》知識測試的表現，是評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
(4) 於職位申請截止日起計三個月內將取得訂明學歷的申請人，亦可申請。申請人需圓滿考獲所要求學術資格方獲考慮聘任。
(5) 申請人須在試音及筆試合格，方獲進一步考慮。
(6) 申請人出席招聘面試，須於事前或事後提供文件證明其具備相關學歷和經驗。
(7) 如已修讀並完成本地大學或專上院校所開辦與新聞學及傳理學、創意媒體或媒體學科相關的學科，請在表格GF 340 (Rev. 6/2012)第A(II)部份“就學詳情”一欄清楚列明。
(8) 申請人如曾在媒體機構工作而獲得電視、電台或新媒體節目製作、拍攝的相關工作經驗，請在表格GF 340 (Rev. 6/2012) “就業詳情”一欄下清楚列明。
