• (a)To assist in the overall management of the Enhanced Smart Teen Project to be conducted in the Fire Services Training School;
• (b)To organize and conduct training activities for teachers and students;
• (c)To implement safety measures for all trainings;
• (d)To maintain conduct and discipline of all trainees;
• (e)To counsel and guide the trainees, when necessary;
• (f)To assist in the preparation of training programmes, schedules and materials, etc.;
• (g)To assist in the management of the uniform store and inventory;
• (h)To ensure good working order of all training aids and equipment under custody;
  • (i)To receive and arrange domestic facilities for trainees;
• (j)To assist in the procurement of equipment and uniform; and
• (k)To perform any other duties as directed by seniors and the Senior Station Officers of the Fire Services Training School.

Candidates should have:

• (a)completed Secondary 5 or equivalent or holder of a Senior Fireman (Operational) Certificate issued by HK Fire Services Dept. and a minimum of 5 years' working experience in Hong Kong Fire Services;
• (b)Ability to read, write and speak Chinese fluently;
• (c)Ability to understand and speak simple English;
• (d)Physically fit to carry out outdoor activities;
• (e)Outgoing character; and
• (f)possession of the following are of preference:
  • (i)experience of conducting training of uniformed groups or disciplinary forces for youth;
  • (ii)physical training experience, fire fighting experience and related instructional experience; and
  • (iii)working experience in the local disciplinary forces.
