職責
Preparation and cooking of Chinese meals for Police Officers and Police formations; and required to keep their kitchen clean.
Note:
Required to (a) work shifts and irregular hours; and (b) work in Border District, i.e. Sha Ling, Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling and Lok Ma Chau.
入職條件
申請人必須–
- (a)有為多人提供中式膳食的工作經驗；
- (b)能操流利粵語及書寫簡單中文；以及
- (c)最好對西餐烹飪有認識。 〔註：申請人須通過廚藝測試。〕
Candidates should -
- (a)have working experience of Chinese cooking for large numbers of people;
- (b)be able to speak fluent Cantonese and write simple Chinese; and
- (c)have knowledge of European cooking is not essential, but would be an advantage.
Note:
Candidates will be required to pass a cooking test.
