- (a)協助計劃、發展和實施各項資訊科技措施；
- (b)對新發展或改良的電腦系統進行合適的用戶測試；
- (c)協助設計及整理各項調查結果，並輸入各項學校或教師數據；
- (d)協助整理和分析從各資訊系統所提取的數據作的監察用途；
- (e)就新發展或改良的電腦系統協助撰寫系統或用戶手冊或文件，並且協助舉行訓練課程或簡介；
- (f)回答用戶就新發展或改良的電腦系統操作的查詢；以及
- (g)執行任何與新發展或改良的電腦系統相關及上級指派的其他職務。
職責
- (a)To assist in the planning, development and implementation of the various IT initiatives;
- (b)To conduct appropriate user testing of the new / enhanced IT systems;
- (c)To assist in designing and collating surveys and arranging data preparation of different school and teacher information;
- (d)To assist in capturing, processing and analysing data from various IT systems for monitoring purposes;
- (e)To assist in preparing documentation and conducting training and briefing sessions on the new / enhanced IT systems;
- (f)To answer enquiries from users about the operation of the new / enhanced IT systems; and
- (g)To perform any other duties relating to the various IT initiatives and systems and those assigned by the senior officers.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的資訊科技學士學位，或具同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級
註1] 或以上成績，或具同等成績；
(c)在取得學士學位後具有最少兩年和互聯網技術和數據系統相關的工作經驗；如具有學校行政經驗及/或學校界別的相關工作經驗，可獲優先考慮

(d)熟悉現時的教育事宜；
(e)具有良好的中、英文書寫能力；以及
(f)積極主動，可獨立工作，並具有良好的溝通技巧。
- (a)a Hong Kong bachelor's degree in information technology, or equivalent;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2
Note 1] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)At least 2 years' relevant post-degree experience in web-based technology and database management; and experience in school administration and/or relevant experience in school sector preferred

- (d)Good knowledge on the current education issues;
- (e)Good command of written English and Chinese; and
- (f)Self-motivated, able to work independently and with good communication skills.
入職條件(註)
- 1.政府在聘任時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
