職責
收集平面設計／佈景設計材料並作分類；掃瞄及修復設計檔案；搜集資料；編排、整理及貯存所有硬複本。
(註：須不定時／輪班／於星期日工作。)
Collecting and classifying graphic / set design project materials, scanning and retouching, gathering information, indexing, collating and storing up all hard copies.
(Note : Required to work irregular hours / on shifts / on Sundays.)
入職條件
申請人須 –
(a) (i) 持有香港的平面設計／設計學位，或具同等學歷；並具一年平面設計工作經驗；或
(ii) 持有香港大專院校頒發的平面設計／設計認可高級文憑或認可副學士學位，或具同等學歷；並具兩年平面設計工作經驗；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具同等成績[請參閱註(1)]。
申請人如—
(i) 熟悉電腦繪圖，並於Adobe Photoshop、Freehand、Illustrator及Corel Draw等方面具深厚知識；
(ii) 具良好溝通技巧及編輯經驗；及
(iii) 認識倉頡輸入法
則更為理想。
Candidates should have –
(a) (i) a Hong Kong degree in graphic design subject/design studies, or equivalent; and 1 year’s experience in graphic design work; or
(ii) an accredited Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree in graphic design subject/design studies from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 2 years’ experience in graphic design work; and
(b) met the languages proficiency requirements of level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent [See Note (1)];
Candidates who possess –
(i) good knowledge in computer graphic, Adobe Photoshop, Freehand, Illustrator and Corel draw;
(ii) strong communication skills and editorial experience; and
(iii) proficiency in Tsang Jay Chinese input
will have an advantage.
入職條件(註)
(1) 過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級的成績，在行政上會視為等同二零零七年及以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級成績；及
(2)申請者或須參加工作技能測試。
