職責
(a)協助發展和檢討一系列為高中學生而設的應用學習課程；
(b)與課程發展議會應用學習委員會轄下的專責委員會和課程提供機構合作發展和推行應用學習課程；
(c)管理應用學習平台系統及網上校管系統的「應用學習模組」；
(d)與課程提供機構、學校和教師合作，規劃及安排專業發展課程；
(e)通過各種平台，向相關持份者推廣應用學習；
(f)視乎需要，執行以改善學校教育為目標的其他職務。
(a) to assist in the development and review of a spectrum of Applied Learning (ApL) courses for senior secondary students;
(b) to work with members of the Curriculum Development Council Committee (CDCC) Ad-hoc Committee on ApL and course providers in the development and implementation of ApL courses;
(c) to manage the Applied Learning Local System and the ApL Module in WebSAMS;
(d) to collaborate with course providers, schools and teachers in planning and organising professional development programmes;
(e) to promote ApL to stakeholders through various platforms; and
(f) to perform any other duties as required by the Administration for enhancing the quality of education in schools.
入職條件
(a)持有本港頒授主修科學/ 數學的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；以及持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷 [參閱註(ii)]；
(b)在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績或具備同等成績 [參閱註(iii)及(iv)]；以及
(c)在取得有關學歷後，具有不少於 6 年教學或課程發經驗[參閱註 (v)]；
(d)申請人若具備與課程發展及/或教育管理有關的碩士或博士學位，或具備同等學歷，或具備擔任主管的經驗可獲優先考慮。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Science / Mathematics or equivalent; and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
(b) 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Notes (iii) and (iv)];
(c) at least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching or curriculum development [see Note (v)]; and
(d) preference will be given to candidates who possess a higher degree related to curriculum development and / or educational management, or equivalent, or some experience at supervisory level.
入職條件(註)
(i) 課程主任（應用學習）職位的申請日期為2014年5月30日(星期五)至2014年6月13日(星期五)。
(ii) 申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
(iii) 綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level)(GCE A Level) English Language科「C」級或以上的成績則會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。在 International English Language Testing System （IELTS）學術模式整體分級取得 6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於 6 的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會視為已符合課程主任（應用學習）職位的英語能力要求。IELTS考試成績必須在職位開始接受申請的首天（即2014年5月30日）仍然有效。[參閱上列註(i)]
(iv)未有取得列於入職條件第(b)項所需的綜合招聘考試成績，但於截止接受申請當天(即 2014 年6月13日)已符合其他入職條件的人士，亦可提出申請，但有關申請人須於2014年6月7日舉行的綜合招聘考試的有關試卷中取得所需成績，方會獲考慮受聘。
(v) 申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(vi) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有教育局課程主任職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人在基本法測試(學位／專業程度職系)的表現，會佔其整體表現的一個適當比重，但不會影響其申請教育局課程主任職位的資格。原則上，申請人的學歷、經驗和才能仍然是考慮其是否適合被聘用的主要因素。
(vii) 申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠，並須品格良好，願意為教育界服務，作出承擔，以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
